First, although I double-checked my delivery address in the app, the address changed by one digit after submission. The resulting address does not exist. Instead of contacting me or following the address shown in the app, the delivery driver chose to leave my food at an entirely different location on a different street. I only recovered my order because the person it was delivered to happened to know me and called after seeing my name on the bag.
Second, when I received the food, both salads were noticeably underfilled—about three-quarters full. I order the same salads regularly, and they are normally filled to the top. This was not a subtle difference.
Third, when I contacted the store to explain these issues, the interaction with the manager was extremely unprofessional. Rather than addressing the substance of the concerns, the manager repeatedly insisted that I was “yelling,” despite my calmly explaining that I was not. The conversation became focused entirely on that accusation instead of the actual problems, and I was ultimately hung up on.
When I called back, I was told that person was the highest manager available. My friend also called on my behalf and was met with a similar attitude. The manager stated they have “no control” over delivery drivers and also insisted the salad portions were correct—despite having no way to know what was actually delivered to me.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability, dismissive attitude, and refusal to even acknowledge the possibility of error made this experience far worse than it needed to be. Between the delivery failure, inconsistent food quality, and poor management response, this was an extremely disappointing experience from a location I previously trusted.
Not suitable for full lunch or dinner though.
It is quite clean inside, but the tables are cleaned not frequently so you can see them for a while.
Tea selection is better than usual.
The parking is available all the time.
My personal experiences here have been so bad. Ordering 2 things to go will take almost 45 minutes, and when you order to go, your portions are extremely small. If you were to order the kids size of mac n cheese to dine in, it would be bigger than the full size to go. Seriously. “Tacia”? Whatever her name is.. Horrible service. Attitude and smoking. Shame on this Panera!! One star is graceful for the way this place is!
