Disappointed. It’s not as good as before. There’s almost nothing on display anymore. There’s less variety. The cookies were quite overdone. The staff even seems less friendly. We used to go in there and they would ask us what color frosting we would like, and the kids LOVED it. It’s seems sad and empty in there now. It no longer has that small town charm. Even our kids noticed a difference and were equally disappointed. We used to love this place…

Downtown Gillette has a great ice cream place, a great cupcake place, and now a great cookie place. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
I didn’t love the salted caramel flavor like I thought I would, but there’s plenty of flavors to keep me coming back to try more.

The two tvs which I’m assuming were to display the menu were turned off, in the middle of day. I got a chocolate cookie w chocolate frosting, and it was very hard. Way overcooked, and honestly not that good. The service was just ok, didn’t say anything. I wouldn’t come back or recommend to anyone.

Kind of disappointed. A cookie store should have more on display like it did before. Miss the lemon and orange cookie! I only get to Gillette every so often and planned on bringing my nephews and niece cookies back home but none of the ones they were excited to try are even available anymore. Not to mention the deal of buying so many and getting some free is now gone 🙁

Kaliyee is amazing!!! She helped picking cookies out so amazing. My lil one loved her. She is a sweetheart, I don’t know who was working with her but she was rude and didn’t seem to know how to greet people. Kaliyee was helping a family but greeted us as we walked in and said she would be right with us. The other gal just glared at us and said nothing the whole time while poor Kaliyee did everything. Miss Kaliyee needs a raise!!! Can’t wait to go back for her.
