Oof! Never again. I’ve ordered food online for pick up a number of times and they just never get it right. They’ve toasted bagels that were not requested to be toasted. They put butter on bagels when we requested cream cheese. The straw that broke the camels back, was the last pick up when we ordered bagels w cream cheese and you’d be hard pressed to find the cream cheese. You pay extra for CC and it was BARELY there! Oh! And the staff is miserable and clearly doesn’t want to be there. There are many better bagel cafes on Long Island. Avoid this place!!! Negative stars if I give them. Dreadful place

Well lit, spacious, clean and organized, clear menu with a lot of options, really well priced items, friendly staff that seems to really be on top of everything, outdoor seating for when the weather permits, and two large bathrooms as well. Safe to say this is one of the better spots in the area to go for bagels, treats, and coffee.

Rude customer service
Tried to place an order online and order would not go thru. Tried multiple times, tried to then call the place to order over the phone….refused to take my order….said online ordering only. Made them aware online ordering not working but still refused. Will take my business elsewhere since staff do not seem to care about turning business away.

I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese to go from this deli using Ubereats. Gigantic mistake. When I opened up the bagel at home it was burnt black. I was starving so I tried to eat the least burnt part which had some bacon – the bacon was absolutely rancid and sour tasting and made me gag and almost vomit.
I officially hate this deli. Once they saw how badly they burnt the bagel they should have toasted a new bagel, not banked on me opening the bagel at home so they could save overhead on using one extra bagel.
Especially ironic since I ordered my bagel lightly toasted. It was black and charred.
I’ve put in a complaint at Ubereats for a refund and notified them of a health issue since the bacon was clearly spoiled ontop of this bagel being completely burnt black.

I Love Bagels and I used to Bake them. Bagel Boss is great for Bagels but after today I won’t buy thier muffins. I ordered two Blueberry crumb muffins. They were so cold as if they had them in the refrigerator overnight . I worked in shops that comprise their products like this, instead of just getting rid of them. At almost $5 a piece , I expect a fresh muffin. Who wants an ice cold muffin? Never again Boss!

Come here weekends pretty frequently, always get the Schwarznegger wrap(egg whites, spinach, turkey), which is always awesome. Got home today to find soggy mesclun greens in place of the spinach. It was pretty gross. If you’re out of an essential part of the wrap, let me know next time and I’ll get something else.

I stopped in on a whim because I was craving an egg sandwich. Not only do they have a great egg salad, but the cucumber side salad was delicious. All around a great lunch choice. Service was quick, and the price was right.
