I usually don’t like subs because they are dry and hard to chew with lots of bread, but what I had here was a total game changer! It was so delicious that I had to call them up to tell them how delicious their Chipotle chicken cheesesteak was.

I’ve been to this sandwich store twice, and both times have been really fantastic experiences. I’m celiac and they not only have an actual sub option for me (other places in town either have no options whatever, gf sliced bread, tortilla wraps, or lettuce wraps), but they also go above and beyond to take care with cross contamination (which is of course impossible to guarantee but I sincerely appreciate their efforts). They also don’t make me feel like it’s a huge burden to accommodate me, and when you live with a serious food allergy and the thing you’re allergic to is in everything, it’s hard to find food much less food where you aren’t made to feel unwelcome. Thank you so much!!!

Update: Owners answer is irrelevant. Who said I was asking for a refund? I wanted it made correctly. Instead it went in the trash. I would love for your “gm” to reach out, as that’s not who I spoke with. I asked to speak to that person and was hung up on by a child, who claimed to be running that store. What manager does that? None that I know.
Called because my sandwiches were wrong that were delivered. Had to call 3 times before they even answered. Asked for the manager, she claimed she was. Asked how she can help me… I’ll even bring them back. She was rude, told me she couldn’t help me, wasn’t her problem. It’s door dashes. Door dash didn’t make them. She continued to hang up on me multiple times. I asked for her boss and was hung up on. Horrible way to conduct business, especially from a “manager” who obviously is half my age. Definitely need a hire overhaul. Will never eat here again. I will also find a upper number.

Had the Philly cheese steak and it was awful! No peppers at all, onions were scarce and absolutely NO flavor and dry as an Arizona desert in August. For $19, I was hoping for something really good. I fed the meat to my dog and threw the rest of it away.

Went here yesterday for the first time after my doctor’s appointment, and just prior to arriving i was teasing my mom about how much she loved Jersey Mike’s. After walking out and taking my first bite, I’m now just the same way. The sub was absolutely delicious and well made, the flavors blended together so perfectly, and this is coming from quite the picky eater. All of it was prepared just perfectly and it was amazing. I just wish I lived closer so I could get more subs like that on a regular basis. Absolutely wonderful.
