I liked the atmosphere and coziness of this particular Starbucks. But, I stayed with my friends for about 45min. and we were told three times that the Starbucks is closing soon. One from an employee about 45. min before closing time and twice 20 min. before closing time by two different employees. I can’t get rid of the feeling that this was a nice gesture to ask us to leave. Although, I don’t know why, we behaved in a perfect decent way and stayed not more than 45min. Hmm…

Today, in the extreme heat, I walked into Starbucks while pregnant, just to ask for a cup of water. The female barista refused and said I had to buy something first.

An OKAY spot to get coffee. Late coffee with family, ordered a frapp s’mores and OMG the sweeeettteeesssttttt drink ever. Way tooooo much sugar in it. First and last time ordering this coffee. Everyone else drinks were fine. Staff were ok, not friendly at all. Need a little bit more cleanliness.

I never do bad reviews but my experience today was upsetting. And for someone who works in the food industry I didn’t appreciate the way my situation was handled. My order was placed at 9:45am and did not receive it until 10:30am ish and if it wasn’t because I SPOKE UP. Everyone just kept staring at me instead of asking what my name was. I get it, it was busy. When I asked the first time about my order instead of checking they said they were working on it. Not until I had to go to the cashier and asked about the status of my order. They “redid” my drink but instead of making it their first priority, since I’ve been there at that point 30-40 mins, they made other orders and when they had the chance they did mine.
When a customer comes asking for an order when they’ve been waiting for over 15 mins, please take the time to look into an order instead of saying “we are working on it”. It’s common sense and common courtesy.
