First: the ordering system was a mess. The speaker at my stall was so quiet and garbled that I had to repeat myself multiple times — the staff didn’t acknowledge any mistakes or check in to make sure the order was correct. When my food finally arrived, it was missing items, and I was given zero apology or compensation. According to many local reviewers, this appears to be a recurring problem at this location.
Second: the wait was long and seemingly inefficient. I pulled in, placed my order, and waited far longer than I expected given how few cars were ahead of me. The staff appeared slow and uncoordinated.
Third: food quality was very disappointing. My burger was under‑seasoned, the fries were soggy, and the shake I ordered didn’t taste fresh. Employees showed little interest in correcting it when I pointed out issues.
Finally: the overall customer service felt cold. No real greeting, no check‑backs, and when I asked about missing items I felt dismissed. It gave the impression that the staff didn’t care whether I left satisfied.
If you’re thinking about going here, be warned: the concept of the drive‑in is fun in theory, but the execution at this particular location is falling short. I hope the management addresses the service and check‑out process soon. For now, I cannot recommend this Sonic.
Multiple times missing items. Poorly made food. Poorly prepared food i should say also. As well as very disturbing and outrageous staff. I pulled up at 10:59 and over the microphone is the manager Dave. I ask him if they were open still and the guy says yes in a very big attitude. I ask “okay, but why the attitude?” And all he said is “CUZ! You asked me!!” Like the audacity is crazy. I ended up not wanting order anything but a side order of tenders because he was rushing me into ordering.
On August 26th, 2025, at 11:31 PM, my girlfriend and I visited this location. The employees working at the time displayed behavior that was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable for anyone in the food service industry.
The cashier who took my payment was openly rude, making an unnecessary and offensive comment about our order. She continued speaking negatively to her coworker loud enough for us to hear, which made the entire interaction extremely uncomfortable. When I asked for a receipt, they refused to provide one, which raises serious concerns about accountability and transparency.
Even worse, while preparing our Blasts, both employees engaged in behavior that was unsanitary and disrespectful. Based on what we witnessed, we did not feel safe consuming what we were served and had no choice but to throw the drinks away.
This goes beyond poor customer service, this was a violation of trust, food safety, and basic decency. Employees who act this way damage the reputation of Sonic, drive away loyal customers, and create a hostile environment that no paying customer should ever experience.
As someone who works in retail and understands the importance of professionalism, I can say without question that these employees should not be in customer facing roles. Their actions were completely out of line, and if they are treating us this way, I fear for how many other guests they have disrespected or put at risk.
Sonic, you lost both my girlfriend’s and my business that night. We will be sharing this experience with others, and I will also be sending a direct email to upper management demanding that this incident be investigated and that immediate corrective action is taken.
