The worst Jack in The Box I’ve ever been to. They have the worst service and constantly make mistakes. If it wasn’t the closest thing to me I wouldn’t even come. This Jack in the Box single handedly has made hate the brand and food. It used to be my favorite chain. I’ve tried talking to managers, kindly. They don’t care.

2:20ish pm Starting when walking in, I wanted order at cashier area. The RUDE CLEANING lady saw me stand there & told me rudely and so careless & dismissive like to “order on the next cashier” which was a kiosk I never used EVER, forgive me if maybe I’m dense or what but I did in fact had hard time finding what I’m trying to order. Not to mention they had several items “OUT OF ORDER” so of course you can imagine how off it all looked too. The BIG assistant mngr Latina didn’t care to help me out for only one particular icon she said “it should be there just press on chicken” I’m like uhhhh already did that, I said out loud “that’s what I press ” hoping she would get the fact I’m having trouble. Instead she’s just kept walking her slow walking way, away from me doing her own thing instead. . . Then my son comes out of restroom and saying the cleaning lady was rude to him. Yelled “someone there? ” My son said “yes. ” he said she rudely gasped in rudely scoffed out something to him he was trying make out of it. When he came out of restroom she gave him a side like and almost like she was rolling her eyes. He didn’t like the way she made him feel! I asked her about it asking her her about her being so upset. She mentioned she had the sign out there it was in cleaning. (I have gotten inside w/same in many places and every employee would tell me it’s ok to inside so it is drying byt nvr a problem& ESPECIALLY when i saw that same cleaning lady from the beggining doing something or idk what she was doing because she did disappeared on me after she told me to go to the next cashier and stood out there too because my son didn’t go in that restroom right away ITS ALL IN CAMERA). . . I really should have told her that she did not needed to be rude either way in spite.
So after I spoke to her I still was there struggling with that kiosk but finally my son and I got it down AGAIN it’s all in camera. . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!
And on the finishing, before leaving, when getting our drinks, the medium drinks looked way.Smaller Like a kid’s drink size instead. And there was hardly, any drinks available. There were so many that was out of service. I winded up getting water

Also I’m a Latina too; pls hire one’s that do appreciate having a job; I saw one’s that don’t care behavior and tired hating job attitude. . I felt like they were telling me “just deal with it” with all their behavior I experienced.

They need a better system for pickup orders. When theres a lunch rush i just sit and use the app beats waiting in line. But they dont push out the orders. I had to go tonthe counter to ask for my order. 15 min wait for just a drink. I also avoid the drink machine its always a nasty sticky mess. Dirty hand prints sticky because soda splashes everywhere. And theres always a spill on the floor. There was a worker here that i havnt seen in days. He was always ontop of everything helping customers and cleaning tables mopping keeping the place tidy and neat.

I don’t know why they parked me to wait for my food when there was nobody behind me and then less than 2 minutes later, they bring me my food.
