Stopped here for a quick meal before heading to an event at BNL. I didn’t have super high expectations since I had read the reviews beforehand, but overall it was a decent experience.

It’s located inside a food hall type of thing, so it shares the space with other restaurants. The area is very well lit, which I actually liked, it made the space feel open and lively.

I ordered the shrimp tempura roll, which I had read can take a long time to come out, but that wasn’t the case at all. It took about 10 minutes. I also ordered the duck fat fries. Everything I had was pretty good and came out at a reasonable pace.

One downside was that our table didn’t have utensils or napkins, so we had to ask for them. My friends ordered drinks and had to ask for straws, and a few appetizers were ordered only for us to be told later that they weren’t available, which was a bit annoying.

Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking for something convenient before heading to TD Garden or an event in the surrounding area. Not super memorable, but it gets the job done.

Am always star struck when it comes to Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Been to his NY restaurant several times before it closed years ago; then to his restaurant in Napa Valley – had a beautiful graduation party there with my first cousins in San Francisco; then to his restaurant in Philly. With such high end venues, I was surprised to tumble into his Ramen sit down here in Boston in a food court!
The ambiance is a 5. Very classic Motomoto, understated elegant touches, modern clean lines, decor reflect his homage to his Japanese roots.
The service is a 5. Friendly staff that gave me a menu to peruse even when they weren’t yet. No rude treatment as other reviews shared, my lucky day.
I wanted to order the duck tacos but they said it’s really fried duck wontons. So I just ordered Tonkatsu ramen. It was good except that it didn’t have enough umami. The pork wasn’t pork belly or char shu like most, and it was so fatty.i’d rate ramen a 4.

First time here! Came around 8:00 on a Thursday night. No wait, food service was quick! Appetizers were the star of the show. Highly recommend spicy wontons and the karaage. The karaage was so juicy and crispy some of the best I’ve had in awhile. Nothing super special about the Tantan ramen but still delicious and tasty! Definitely returning to try the tonkatsu. Staff was friendly as well!

I stopped by to have some sushi since I was already around the north station, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been wanting to try Momosan, and it did not disappoint. They recommended the chef special sushi roll, and I also ordered another roll from the menu both were so good. The manager even checked on me and was absolutely lovely. This is definitely going to be my go to sushi spot from now on.

I stopped by Momosan for ramen and absolutely loved it. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the chicken karaage was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of sauce. It felt especially comforting, and I definitely will come back again.

Stopped by after work for dinner and ordered ramen. The broth was compelling, with a rich sesame flavor that was nicely spiced. The noodles were cooked just right, and the miso pork and egg were tasty. Everything was well composed and balanced an excellent choice in cold weather. I’ll definitely be returning to Momosan soon to try more of the menu, and maybe get some sake.

Some of the best ramen I have ever had in Boston. Though it’s a little expensive much like everything else in the Hub Hall. But the spicy aftertaste of the tonkotsu ramen and tenderness of the duck fat fries are well worth the money.

Momosan is a chain restaurant by Modern day Iron Chef Morimoto, who has a wide range of restaurants across the United States. This one services Hub Hall, the food hall located under TD Garden.

The staff are friendly here, though there may be some inconsistencies of what times food is available (we came once and although it said it was open, the entire dining area was closed except for the bar due to lack of staff)

The food is alright. It definitely is better than instant quality or frozen quality, but the food does tend to be a bit oily or lacking high quality flavor. For the price, the portion size is ok, though may leave some room for more to be desired. The food tastes good though, with them serving the signature ribs from his other restaurants as well as Peking Duck. Definitely worth at least one visit to try things out.

We were excited to visit a Morimoto restaurant before the bruins game but quickly realized the establishment is a money hungry corp, my partner and I tried to sit at the bar when we were rudely interrupted by the older manager demanding that we could only sit at the bar if we ate; we already had plans to eat anyways, she even went as far to turn my partner by his shoulder to the hub hall bar! After she ripped the menus out of the hosts hands and finally sat us we waited an hour and half for our ramens nonetheless the service was incredible and the bartenders had us accommodated as needed. At the end of the day we will return to see the bar staff back but we hope no one has to deal with the bitter manager as we did.

Absolute let down. Visited twice for spicy wontons both times they were out, didn’t know and still rung me up!!! How do you not know what supplies you have when you’re selling things…2 days in a row? It’s really not that complicated to communicate with one another in a small restaurant.

The incompetence of the whole ordeal left me dumbfounded and never in the mood to return.
