The tables could all use a good cleaning. Customer service was great. Menu items were clear. Price point was a little high. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was giving visiting Grandma and Grandpas! Warm southern old timey vibe. Would love to visit again.

Absolutely filthy. My phone stuck to the table. They need a visit from the health department. They were not busy at all. No excuse can be made or justify. Service was poor, stuff did not know how to make a simple salad plus totally forgot an item.

Cool style and decent food. There are a couple problems though. One, the sign at the front, urging people to come in… looks like this. That has to be 2+ years of dust. If they are this dirty out front, I am scared to think what the hidden food prep area looks like. Gross. Second, the apparent manager (Samoan gal) is just mean. Constantly deriding employees in front of customers, ordering customers around, NEVER smiling or welcoming. This permeates through the employees so all of their employees are just pissy. I can not understand how someone could invest in a franchise and just let it go like this.

This potbelly is supet hit or miss. We used to frequent this one every 2 weeks or so and its such a gamble that we dont go to this location anymore. We generally get the same 2 sandwiches and they are either delicious or a total disaster. I think its a particular employee who just isnt very good because ive noticed everytime we see her working seems to also be when our sandwiches suck… our last order was disgustingly greasy, there was almost no tuna on my sandwich, and it was thrown together so sloppy that when she tossed us the bag toppings started falling out the end. Im leaving them a 3 because sometimes our sandwiches ARE great. But the fact that its a 50/50 is not cool especially when these things are outrageously expensive. We also generally wait a long time for a SANDWICH. I dont mind waiting when its busy and the sandwiches are good but when its thrown together slop its frustrating.

Unique Sandwich, Soup, and Shake shop with a atmosphere feeling vibe similar to Cracker Barrel. I had the Prime Rib Steak Sandwich and it was fantastic except for the fact it was only slightly warm and should have been put through the toaster oven for a longer period. Homemade chips from Louisiana were very crunchy and the different lemonades were tasty.

Sandwiches and broccoli cheddar soup was good. The sandwich maker was helpful in taking our order. The high ceilings and bare walls made it noisy even with just a few people. The constantly running fans in the winter made it feel chilly.

Ordered a BLT, and 2 bowls of soup. 1 broccoli n cheese the other potato. Worst food I ever spent 30 bucks for. My sandwich bread was burnt, including the bacon. The avocado was all brown. And the lettuce was so wilted. It all was so disappointing for how hangry I was and everyone I know says potbelly is amazing. Apparently only the jars of their pickles are. Never again.

My son likes their sandwiches but the place is absolutely dirty and I mentioned it to them on our last visit. They don’t change gloves after touching many appliances and then use the same when preparing the food for customers. The floor is filthy with random rugs everywhere , the counter tops really dirty , I even mentioned it to the cashier that the place really needs a good clean.

This place smells delicious when you walk in and the sandwiches deliver!! The Italian was great but the Pizza Melt was fantastic!! They have seats outside so good if your traveling with dogs!
