4:15 reservation, eating calamari by 4:20. They offer great service and great food. I have not eaten at Ak Chin since they had a buffet, but am glad they have quality food options. Lamb chops, seafood scampi, corn and Mac n cheese with lobster were all amazing. Jordan was very attentive and took great care of us. If you come to play, I highly recommend this restaurant. Saved room for the oreo cheesecake and Irish coffee. Great dinning experience….enjoy!

Denise our waitress gave great recommendations. The salmon blacken had a nice flavor and moist inside. The mashed potatoes were cooked perfectly with a nice garlic sauce. The bone in steak was also cooked to perfection with such a tender melt in your mouth texture. The blueberry margarita was nicely prepared with a good amount of tequila. The blueberry lemon drop lacked liquor as none was tasted. The table linen that held the silverware did have a cooked oil stench like old and dirty, that did affect my appetite. I wouldn’t suggest the Caesar salad as the dressing has a tangy-sour aftertaste.

Really impressed with Chop, Block & Brew!
The atmosphere was really nice for being in a casino, the service was great, drinks were tasty and the food was delicious.
We got the spinach dip appetizer and were highly impressed with it! The bread for the dip was great as well.
The fillet mignon was cooked perfectly and a very nice, high grade steak. the garlic mashed potatoes were as expected.
This place definitely surpassed my expectations for being a a steakhouse in a casino!

It’s a little drive to get out there but it was worth it, staff is very attentive, friendly and accommodating.
Had the Caesar Salad (delicious), Prime Rib and the Shishito peppers was a nice addition, side of Creamed Spinach and the Cheese Cake (no picture, sorry not sorry). Everything was very tasty and well prepared. Would definitely repeat.

Food is way overpriced. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, and the presentation for a restaurant like this was terrible; I thought I was getting a shrimp cocktail from a fast-food place. The NY strip steak was good—no problem there—but we thought, for some reason, they served vanilla ice cream with it, but we were told it was the garlic mashed potatoes. It made no sense since it was cold. The chicken piccata—I am no chef—was the worst I’ve had. And the mac and cheese was super salty. Now I understand why the ratings are so low. For those visiting, definitely don’t eat here; it’s a waste of money.

My husband, and I dine here frequently. Especially, utilizing my Caesar’s Rewards, which is great to cover a portion of your meal. The service is great. The food, and presentation is awesome. The atmosphere and convivial, ambiance is fantastic. Sammy and Julie are awesome at managing the restaurant, and keeping everything up to par. A few Server’s we have had, which were Samuel and Desiree, were awesome. If you haven’t dined here before, while visiting Harrah’s Akchin Casino, you must have dinner here, at least once. You won’t be disappointed.

This was truly the highlight of my day. The entire staff was amazing and the service was exceptional. Dezarieh, my waitress, was personable and had a wonderful smile and you could tell that she enjoyed what she was doing! She made sure that my food was cooked properly and that my drink was full, and checked on me to make sure i didn’t need anything else. The manager approached me and asked about my experience and to see if I needed something else. Their team is truly focused on service and I can tell that it comes directly from the leadership team. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience… Great food, great service, great atmosphere… I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Five stars ⭐️ all the way!

From start to finish, everything was fantastic — especially our server, Jordan. Even though he was still in training, you’d never know it! His professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail made it feel like he’s been serving here for over 10 years. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations that elevated our meal.
The food was cooked to perfection, the drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It’s rare to find a restaurant where both the service and the food exceed expectations — but this place truly delivers. We’ll definitely be back soon and will be asking for Jordan!

We arrived on time for our reservation and was promptly seated. The hostess brought us our water and said our server would be right with us. We patiently waited for about 15-20 minutes, and no one came. I watched as others were sat and helped, but we weren’t. An older couple, who must’ve been regulars, then sat down behind us and were immediately served, and I knew I had to bring this to someone’s attention. I flagged down the hostess to ask her about it, and she brushed me off and said our waiter would be with us. A different waiter came and said she would help us because the other girl was with a big party, but asked me to hold on while she went back to help the older couple that was sat after us. We order quickly, the food comes out, we had to wait a few minutes more for the soup, no big deal, we were asked if we needed anything else and that was the last time we saw our waiter until I had to flag her down for the check. This was extremely poor customer service, especially compared to how the older couple that came in behind us was being serviced. Several members of the staff were consistently at their table, including managers, and yet no one stopped by our table to even see if we needed anything else. This was my first, and likely my last time visiting this establishment. I can understand regulars coming in and being treated great, but the lack of service to anyone not a regular was completely unexpected and unprofessional. One could say that from the uncaring, dismissive nature of the hostess and her brush off, to the unbelievable lack of service, was because we were 3 African American women, but maybe that is just a coincidence. At no point were we rude, not even when others were serviced before us. The inquires were with a smile and thank yous. The food was good, but I will not return to a place that lacked basic service etiquette. If you are not a regular, expect subpar service, your waiter never checking in on you, and maybe a refill of your water. I’m usually a great tipper, but in this instance, given the failure of everyone involved, understandably, nothing was left. Not the first impression I hoped for, but quite possibly the last impression they’ll be able to give me.

Every time we’re in town we eat at this place. everything we’ve ordered on the menu has been delicious every time. We also had the onion soup on this visit which is absolutely delicious.
We had the seafood pasta, bone in ribeye with an add-on lobster tail and a side order of the grilled asparagus. My dad had a prime rib dinner with the baked potato add on.
Steaks was cooked perfectly and the seafood was amazing.
