While I’m sure the food preps are told to use a modest amount of ingredients, the Quesarito we just received had less than a spoon full of rice, maybe 4 crumbles of meat, and no sour cream. Basically a flaccid tortilla smeared with nacho cheese. Pathetic, considering it costs $5.69 before tax. We even asked if it was about the size of a regular Burrito, expecting it to be decent size. It’s more comparable to the tiny roll-up snacks. Know your menu and give the customer at least what we’re paying for. The only upside, you can use the Upside app at Taco Bell to get 38% cash back.

I love Taco Bell, having a place here in Russellville that allows me to eat late at night is awesome. But it feels like everytime I order from them, the food is messed up, even on the easiest possible instructions. I’ve had to go back multiple times for proper fixes before. I feel like employees should be trained to properly read the tickets that are printed out before and during the food making process. Paid for extra sour cream tonight, Got none instead, and the Crunchwrap was basically fully open and ready to fall out at the bottom.

Positive experience. They went above and beyond to label and communicate everything, even items with only slight ingredient variations. The staff was friendly and the burritos were loaded, which is not always common.

Wasn’t too satisfied with the 2 new cheese-it items offered. It tasted fine but the tostada was $4 and the crunch wrap was $5. With a large drink it was right at $14. I expected it to have more meat. I don’t feel it is a value. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that is hungry. I will stick to my regular. Great service that is always fast at this location. This store is managed very well. I go at least twice a week and they are consistent with the quality of food and competent service. They have forgot to give me a fork several times including today. Maybe the tostada is finger food. I’ll be back just not for a cheesy cheese-it gimmick.

My order is always correct, even when I add it wrong on the app. The manager is nice and helpful. I ordered at the wrong location on the app and he was going to make the food but they were not affiliated so I had to cancel.

I’ve been here a couple times, the food was decently good every time for what a Taco Bell is. Got a big giant big giant burrito. It was assembled ok…but it could have been more stable for my rat fingers but this brown haired cashier served me food very curtly and nicely. He was nice. And cute.

Never can get an order right especially with delivery orders. Practically just steals your money at this point. Food is always cold. This order today had no stickers closing the bags, left off a taco, and also all 3 drinks.

Ordered a 9 dollar food box and the crunch rap had less then a skidmark of meat with an inch and a half of lettuce to make it like filling. Stomach is hurting so bad cause I cant eat a lot of lettuce and thats all it was for the most part I feel ripped off, if I wanted a taco salad I would have ordered it over 20 dollars for mostly lettuce, had to stop at another place to get something that wasn’t stuffed to look like it would be filling so disappointed spending so much money at a place and still be hungry cause once the lettuce was gone all that was left was a few bites and zero flavor. Really dont want to go back till the food is atleast worth the price. And when asked to leave tomatoes off of my gals meal the gave it to her plan drinks had so much carbonation couldn’t really taste the flavor of the drink at all dumped it out. Save you money and find another place to eat cause the folks who work this place dont listen very well cause they want to get back to talk and hangout. Wouldn’t be so bad if it was the first time but this is the fourth time this kinda thing has happened. The last few times ive been gotten more breading then the stuff thats supposed to be in it. So very dissatisfied to say the least
