This location tends to ignore all orders except the drive through. If you order door dash or order to eat inside it takes so long. I have had dashers sit at the restaurant for 30+ minutes on several occasions waiting for my order I had placed 15 minutes prior to the dasher getting to the store. I’m sure this is a system issue rather than the fault of the employees. Taco bell needs to make a system that equally prioritizes all orders and makes it easy for employees to do so.

Ordered regular beef nachos with an add on of steak. They gave me only steak. And I was just going to eat it. While eating I saw a hair!!!! I was eating it with my toddler ! I called the store they said they will replace it. They replaced it but gave me beans and guacamole I did not ask for those to be on there. I took the guacamole off the side and the beans were on the chips and blended with the beef so I sucked it up. While almost done there was a small hair. It looks like a nose hair or beard hair, whatever in the container. I’m so done! So discussed! The manager seemed super nice and was very tentative about giving me the new nachos. Though it just sucks when your order is always wrong and then your food that you put in your mouth is cross contaminated and you and your 2 year old is eating it.

What an absolute nightmare experience. I will say that the staff in the drive through window were friendly and that’s about the only positive. 12 supreme taco party pack is now $33 bucks. We split the box half soft half hard. The soft tacos were not supreme’s. It’s like they had non supreme tacos and just tried to stuff sour cream and tomatoes in the ends of them or something weird. We asked for medium and fire sauce for the 12 tacos. The put 6 sauces in the sticker and gave us 0 sauces. Needless to say, this was our final trip to Taco Bell.

Customer Service is not understood at this location. When the manager feels the need to lecture me because he felt I was offensive because I was upset with the automated system in the drive through then told to wait because they were not ready there is a problem. It is never ever acceptable to lecture a customer that was upset over the use of AI and computer generated voices. It never accepted ever to lecture a customer. They have lost my business forever

I have never been to a fast food chain that has always every time gotten my order right. I have picky eaters and always have to check before we leave so I don’t have to drive back. This taco bell is hands down the best I’ve been to.

Way to expensive, we haven’t been there in a while and we didn’t plan it anytime soon. The prices are ridiculous, and the service was almost a 20 minute wait.. Oh to mention we were the only ones there in the lobby. The employees had no sense of urgency.

How hard is it to follow directions on a GrubHub order? When someone orders something without pico, there are reasons why, because I’m allergic to tomatoes and avocados. My dinner is ruined, and it’s not GrubHubs fault. It’s Taco Bells fault for not knowing how to read an order. I can’t return it because I can’t drive to the restaurant. Waste of money for food I can’t eat. Thanks a bunch.
If I could give no stars, that would be what they get for wasting my money and time.

The food was terrible compared to other Taco bell’s. One there wasn’t even a crowd and food took 20 minutes to come. Two my mexican pizza wasn’t even cut into pieces and the fries were bland with barely any seasoning. Three nothing was assembled properly it’s like they just made it randomly and threw it in the bag. WORST TACO BELL IVE HAD do not recommend to waste my money here.
