A Burger Place

Stopped in for a meal and enjoyed it. The place was clean and tidy, and the ordering process was simple you order at the counter, grab a seat, and they bring everything out to you. The onion rings were a standout: crisp, slightly sweet, and not greasy at all. I also got the mushroom burger, and they definitely didn’t skimp on the mushrooms. The flavor was good and really hit the spot. Overall, a solid experience and worth a visit. I was there just as they opened so it was quiet.

Large menu but no descriptions anywhere on the board of what you are ordering. Ended up going for the Bulgogi burger, which took over 15 minutes to cook. What came out was some of the blandest food I’ve had in a while, and it had me reaching for the salt and pepper shakers, stat. The cheese on the burger was still cold and looks like it was slapped on at the end, rather than melted on the grill top. Also, $1 for refills from the fountain drink machine? No thanks. There are better burger places around the area so I don’t think I’ll be back to this one.

I ordered Chicken Teriyaki from here and it was absolutely delightful! I couldn’t have asked for a better entree. I will order again here soon!

Update!: Went back a couple of weeks later and bought the #12 Texas burger, marvelous! The juicy burger patty and the french fries. Wowee!

Update #2!: Hey Y’all! I went to a burger place again, i know happy tears right? I had the #20 again, spent my own money and OMG! What a moment?!

Update #3: I couldn’t stay away! I had to go back and try the California burger for $12 dollars! oowe what a big juicy burger! the fries and ketchup was good too! Go there today! 🙂

Update #4: Hey guys I went to the burger place again! what a experience, i had their Katsui and boy was it good. If you are in town check the burger place, literally can walk to it from the school!

Actually an amazing burger and the fries were perfectly done. Your can tell the owners take great pride in their food. I had a burger with fried egg and can’t stop thinking about it. The fries were crispy, light, not oily, with just the correct salt. Highly recommended!!

I visited later on a Saturday night. I believe it is related to the A Burger Place in the U District. I had been meaning to go to the U District one but I’m glad I visited the Mukilteo one. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and it came with a side of fries. The fries were typical American restaurant french fries, but the highlight was the burger. It was cooked properly with a lot of flavor and the tasty potato bun held up pretty well with the burger juices. Would definitely return.
