I placed my order at 6:13pm. I order one cheese stuffed crust pizza and 2 of the crazy puff party packs. I got an estimated pick up time of 6:39pm. I arrived at the store at 6:34pm. I knew my food wouldn’t be ready yet but wanted to get it when it was hot and get it back to my kids who had to get in bed for school.
I was not handed my order until 7:25pm. Almost a full hour after my estimated pick up time. When they handed me my food, I was missing one of the crazy puffs and I told them that. They took my food in the back and came out a few minutes later.
When I arrived home at 7:31pm, 6 minutes after I received my food, it was cold. Not warm… COLD. like it had been sitting for an hour or more. The cheese pizza was not stuffed crust. And the cheese steak puffs look like they were dropped on the floor. The pepperoni puffs are cold to the touch and the cheese puffs are SORT OF warm.
Do you think anyone apologized for my wait? Do you think a manager came out from the back one single time? Do you think they offered me anything.. a sauce cup, a cheesestick.. ANYTHING at all?
Nope.
I work in food service. I get that mistakes happen. But in my place of work, that food would have never went out my door. ESPECIALLY to a customer that had been waiting an hour for their food!!!
This was horrible service and horrible food and every single one of those employees should be ASHAMED of the food they served to me tonight.

my food was burnt and I waited almost 30 minutes for my food when the staff were just only talking only and on the there phones.

Ordered online. Went to store 10 minutes after I received a message saying pizza loaded into portal. Pizza wasn’t ready. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Other customers waited longer than me. When I got pizza and opened it up when I got home, there were only topping on a quarter of the pizza.

I am so upset right now. There were multiple hairs going literally cooked in the pizza. In the crust. Like I’m so sick right now. I don’t know what happens in the night shift if they are violating the health code violations but it is disgusting and I’m going to call the health department. I tried calling 3 times and no one answered even tho they are opened. Awful.

Just ordered 2 pizzas and some crazy bread. The crazy bread was literally a dough stick dripping with grease. Took it back inside and got more…it was the same way. The pizzas had to be put in the oven when we got home. Picked a piece up and the whole toppings fell off. Raw on the bottom. Not even any browness to the crust at all.

This location has really gone down hill. Usw to have legit Hot N Ready pizzas . Now they’re all dried up and hard. Cheese sauce and crazy sauce used to be served warm now they just give it to you straight out of the refrigerator. Won’t be back.
