My order is on the picture attached it was like 45 dollars worth of food and the only things that were not wrong or missing entirely was the regular chicken sandwich, cheese gravy, Pepsi, the Mac and cheese and the biscuits, the quality of the food was also sub par at best but that’s probably just a KFC issue in general, the drinks had a hint of dishwater taste and I have no idea how that’s even possible considering they are disposable plastic cups, they were also filled to the top with ice so almost no lemonade/soda was even in them also yes even the lemonade was messed up it wasn’t the cream lemonade “which is an upcharge btw”, absolutely would never come here again, drive a little farther to a different location if your really craving KFC otherwise skip it entirely you’ll be happy you did, hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered the chicken pot pie. As you can see I got a pile of mush pot pie. You couldn’t pick out any vegetables! And there certainly wasn’t any chicken. Just a pile basically pie crust mix with some gravy mix. And nothing else.

So a few days ago I had placed a order for 2 Nashville hot chicken tender meals and 4 beefy crunch burritos and a grilled cheese burrito and a burrito Supreme. $36 dollars in food. When I got home because they slopped it all together it was leaking on my passenger side car seat and my carpeting in my apartment. I called up and complained they said they replace the whole order. When I got there today yet again nothing made right slopped together and leaking all over the place. Her attitude was rude and botched the whole entire time I was there. Now later today I will be contacting and talking to a different manager I am also reporting this place of business to the better business bureau. Our business will be tooken else where as well.

Didn’t know when you ordered a big box tender meal that I was getting chicken fingers. Wasted a big box that looked like it was for an 8pc chicken. Sadly disappointed. I see why when I asked for dipping sauce that he only gave me 2. 1 sauce was enough for 3 of my chicken fingers. New girl at counter very nice. Dinning room filthy, utensil area by soda machine dirty. Lady on backline very condescending to other employees. Must be the manager. The containers of coleslaw and mashed potatoes bigger than 2 tenders.

That bathroom smelled like death and looked absolutely disgusting. I felt like puking walking in there. Nobody in the lobby, but food took forever. Some female employee kept screaming in the back. Not impressed.

I purchased the 10 piece feast meal. This review is based on that. To start, make sure you get all 64oz’s of soda which is supposed to come in the soda bag. My family didn’t appreciate getting “old” and near fresh quality chicken mixed in the bucket. The mashed potatoes are something to considering passing on in my opinion unless you like instant potatoes with butter chunks mixed in. The mac n cheese is good. Biscuits were average quality. Lastly the cookies, they come in a sealed plastic bag, the quality is below average and also something you may want to consider passing on. The staff were great and courteous and the reason I gave 3 stars as that is something that seems to be few and far between these days. This isnt a reflection on the entire crew working as someone dropped the ball if you will on quality control.

I order ahead when getting family meals to give time to prepare the order. The last two times, it hasn’t mattered. I’ve had a 15+ minute wait despite scheduling the order pickup 1.5 hours ahead of time. The staff has also lied each time that they ran out just when my order came in, as if it takes an hour and a half to make chicken. This isn’t a ton of food – a simple 12-piece chicken meal.
Bad service and a long wait mean I’d be unlikely to recommend this location to anyone. The food is fine, but it’s not worth the headache or the prices that are getting higher and higher each time I come.

Restaurant lobby was absolutely disgusting. Every table was dirty, barely anyone inside. Service was rude, I told the workers about the condition of the lobby was told ” they were busy all day” and then they walked away. Ice machines wasn’t working correctly, soda machine was dirty. Food was cold, definitely not up to temp. Won’t be back here unless things are very different.
