Great deal for a pepperoni and hot honey large pizza. Great flavor and good ingredients, but was very surprised by all the grease under underneath. Don’t get me wrong, I like a greasy pizza, but this was a little too much.

Awful first experience. Ordered $50 worth of delivery food and never even received my food. Don’t know what happened on their end but put the right address never heard a knock or the doorbell to the apartment ring. Then to put me on hold numerous times for about a 15 minute call just to have to ask for a refund. I worked in the food service industry for 7 years and have never experienced something like this. Definitely will not be ordering through Marcos again. Stick to dominos or literally anywhere else.

Delivery order to Washington County Fairgrounds. Excellent customer service at time of order. Timely delivery. Requested driver to call or text upon arrival so we could meet him outside the entry. Driver did just that. Food arrived as ordered and was delicious. Great Job Marco’s West Bend!

Ordered on a Saturday afternoon shortly after 4pm, called around 5pm to see if it was almost ready or out for delivery yet just to be told it had not been picked up by DoorDash yet since they had no drivers… I asked if someone had called in and was told no we just didn’t schedule any drivers today!! On a Saturday first NFL preseason weekend and they just chose not to schedule any drivers?!?!?! Took over an hour to get a delivery that was quoted at 30-35 minutes when ordered. I did not order through doordash it should be illegal for restaurants to pass along your information to a third party because they are not competent enough to do their job.

Had Marcos for the first time today and had it delivered. The pizza was really good! Also, they were kind enough to throw in a cinnamon roll because they felt the delivery was lengthy. (which was delicious by the way). I’ll be having them again!
