This location sucks DO NOT COME HERE!!! I ordered a bunch of food for my staff like 2hrs later we all got violently sick. I called to speak to the manager Natalie she told me I was lying and that food poisoning doesn’t kick in until 24hrs after consuming I told her she was not a medical doctor and my staff were all vomiting and had diarrhea immediately after eating here so what does that tell you and she called me a liar and hung up on me… You could eat here fall violently ill and these people will not give not one care smh it’s sad how Natalie is in charge what’s Even worse is that I actually have to give these people one star in order to even make a review when they don’t even deserve That One star

Edit 5 down to one; I went there yesterday and ordered in the restaurant at 1:00 pm; at 1:20 I told employee that I still did not have my order and several other people said they were there even before me. We then watched a young girl on the side anyway from the window get out her phone and was on it for several minutes texting. When she put her phone down, she proceeded to grab a flour tortilla to start working again but she did NOT change her gloves. In other words ALL THE GERMS FROM HER PHONE were being passed on to customers. I then walked out at 1:24 because I did not want to get sick and the time was too long. They were just filling orders for the drive thru and ignoring the inside customers. So they should lock the doors or put up a sign that orders will take up to half an hour. Very Sad

I heard that the chili cheese burrito came back and it was always one of my favorite things. When I went into the restaurant at first I did not see it on the menu but I asked and the cashier and he was nice enough to find it for me and I could order it. The food came out quickly and was yummy. It was a nice quick treat for myself for a mid day snack while I was out doing errands. This one is in a location where I shop at other stores nearby and close to home so I like that as well. I would reccommend going here.

This location has gotten significantly worse over the last few months. Staff doesn’t care the orders are wrong. The lobby is disgusting, dirty, and full of trash. You can definitely tell there’s been a change in stuff. And they purposely keep it at like 40° in there when it’s freezing outside to keep people from eating in the dinning room. They will tell you something has been discontinued when it hasn’t so you will go up the street to another Taco Bell where you’ll get better service and what you asked for all because they don’t wanna work.

Holy crap. this taco bell has always been the worst one ever.. but tonight I tried it again and it has only gotten worse. I can not believe they are still in business. I ordered the $9 chicken grilled burrito box and a bean burrito.. I got a bean flavored rolled up tortilla, the taco was soggy and the most skimp taco ive ever seen. and the chicken burrito was lettuce and queso.. The soda was completely flat like it hasnt been changed in a month. They didnt have HOT sauce.. EVERYTHING went to hell. The absolute worst location there is. Everyone there should be fired and WENDYS should take its place.. And I write here because calling corporate is a waste of time as they will do absolutely nothing but say they will send a gift card that will never come.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. look at my pictures if you dont believe me. I am furious and I never get upset at fast food because I understand its fast food. but these people are getting $18 an hour and cant even roll a burrito or add lettuce to a taco… FIRE THEM!

I have ordered supreme tacos from this location dozens of times and they NEVER give me supreme. I asked to MAKE SURE the tacos were supreme and 1 out of 3 tacos had like 4 tomatoes squares on it. Its literally not hard. They have consistently never given me supreme and never accommodated – no refunds or remakes. Disgusting quality. Never going back. Its a waste of money.

Disappointing service this morning. Ordered hash brown and burrito, got two burritos (not the one I ordered either.) when I came back inside to get it fixed, they took the burritos back and likely served them to another customer- even though I had opened them up to see they were incorrect and handled them! They gave me my “correct” order, only after I pulled away and was off did I realize that it was a bacon burrito, not a sausage burrito. Thoroughly disappointed, and concerned about food standards. Will choose a different location in the future.

Absolutely disgusting. No bathrooms for customers, active layer of grime on touch screens. The Togo window had a tub of ice which was being scooped outwith another cup. The handler was wearing no gloves and never washed hands in the 7 minutes I observed them. Touched pants and bags and counter tops and display screens. Absolutely appalled honestly. I understand when things break but it is not hard to walk 4 feet to the customer facing soda fountain for ice.

All this is to say this is one of the only times I’ve been able to actually eat inside because half the time the lobby is locked for some unknown reason.

I came through the drive through after work today and I ordered 3 of their grilled cheese burritos and a quesadilla. I explained that i wanted steak, beef, and potatoes on each separate burrito, once i got to the drive though i paid and realized before I left that I had only gotten 2 of the burritos i ordered, i kindly asked if i could add the third one and would pay for it since it was missing, the worker then told me It was my fault and that i ordered wrong and i would have to go through the drive through again to order the burrito because I messed up. I had already been waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes and was rudely told that I couldn’t get the third one unless I circled back. I come to this taco bell most work days to order food, this will be the last night i’m coming back to this location.

The guy at the drive through talks down to you and is pretty rude, then rudely shoves the bag at you missing food and zero hot sauce packets after asking multiple times which ones you want. I don’t expect five star service at Taco Bell but a little bit of competency and personality would go a long way. This guy probably shouldn’t be running the window
