This place has the best coffee in Lava. The freshly whipped cream on top of each cup of coffee really makes Lost in Lava a cut about. The service is fast and friendly. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options. The shop itself is cool and if you happen to forget your swimming suit, this is the place to look.

I walked up to the front door desperate for Coffee. Then discovered they were not open yet. I started to walk away, then I heard the door open and she invited me in to wait in the warmth for them to get the opening duties completed. She then told me her machine was hot and made me a coffee. The whole experience was awesome and greatly appreciated. I will definitely stop in the next time I’m in Lava!!

What a unique, creative coffee shop! I loved looking at all of the goods they had for sale while I was waiting for my coffee, which included some very fun things. The coffee was good, too. My only complaint would by that the first time we went here, the people who came after us got their coffee before us, but it was very crowded, so it’s understandable. Still, great place, highly recommended.

Great coffee shop! The Idaho honeybee latte has a unique taste, featuring delightful honey sweetness and huckleberry flavor. Enjoying the coffee and bread at the hotel patio was a lovely morning.

The girls at the counter were very fun to talk to. The shop has a very neat vibe with some cool gift shop options to brows from. The honeybee coffee is TO DIE FOR! Allergy warning, there are cats in the shop.

Taylor and Chaise were absolutely amazing!! We came on probably the busiest day of the year and they handles the crowds like champs! So friendly to everyone! Not to mention the dirty chai lattes were on point!!

This place is magical, the pumpkin bread makes me want to set my Christmas tree up all year!!! Delicious!!!! The staff is so friendly and personable, and coming here makes me want to live here and buy a cup of joe every morning.

Lost in Lava is a superb little shop, operated by salt-of-the-earth people with hearts worth far more than any of the beautiful jewelry and fine art they display in the case where you place your order (though those are quite stunning and I’d recommend you take a look at them and buy a few if you can!).
No matter what drink I get here, it always hits exactly where I need it to, whether it is a delicious Green Chai Tea or a simple water. The love that goes into the drinks makes them exceedingly better than any other that come to mind.

Great service, bit I missed her name! I got so excited after finding the perfect gift for my girlfriend (or at least the raw materials for it…) and had fun looking! Small world and just shows what you can learn if you just ask a question or two about the person in front of you and listen.
