Second time in 6 months I’ve been here in the evening and gotten sour ice cream. At this point I’m fairly certain the employees are doing something to the food here. The girl asked me what I ordered, even though I already told her and then when I repeated I wanted my blizzard with chocolate ice cream like i always get, she got annoyed and short with me. Then I see them all laughing about something and she hands me my blizzard. I get home and sure enough, it tastes sour and spoiled. Pretty sure they are putting dishwater or something into food of customers they are annoyed with. I am never coming back here again. Pretty sure these people are gonna end up killing someone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order on July 11th for a party on August 3rd. I received email confirmation that it was received. I selected a pick up time of noon. I showed up to pick up my two sons birthday blizzard cakes at 12:05 pm. I walked in and they looked confused when I asked for my order went to the back came back 5 minutes later and said they were going to write on them and they would be out. I told him I really don’t have time to wait I’ll just take the cakes and he insisted it would be quick. I was never apologized to. Fast forward to 12:20 I get two cakes I paid 75 dollars for that look absolutely nothing like the picture and they completely butchered my son Parker’s name. Even though it was correct on the online order. I didn’t have time to have them fix it I had to present my son with the picture below. I will NEVER go to location again, they have lost my business. Please see the cakes and my actual order below. Unacceptable.

Edit: I went there again and it was the best dipped chocolate cpne I ever get
Lady in the drive-thru didn’t get what I ordered (ordered dipped chocolate vanila cone but got just chocolate cone)
Later at the window, I just asked her to dip it in chocolate and took the dipped chocholate cone just because I don’t want them to throw the chocolate cone.

Picked up couple of blizzards/ice creams and guess what just like the last person’s review here the milk was spoiled, really really bad. Place has gone down significantly over the last year or so.

Customer service was awful! I asked for our ice cream after we finished our meals, he proceeds to make them and after repeating myself he places one in the fridge and continues to make another then hands it to me. Food was nasty, fries were floppy and undercooked, I had to ask for our cups and to top it off, the lobby was dirty. This place isn’t what it used to be. Waste of money!!

Ordered a Birthday cake on line. Went to pick up and they had no order for it and no explanation why even though I had an emial that I showed them confirming the order. Cake was not what I ordered and the hand writing on the cake was horrible…. Will never recommend or return to this DQ.

Employee tried to steal my credit card at the drive thru! I was handed my drink, then my food, then my receipt, then he closed the window and got on his cell phone. After waiting a moment, I had to honk my horn to get the employee’s attention. I told him “I need my credit card back.” He did not look worried or surprised about the situation and gave me my card back. Very disturbing interaction. I hope he hasn’t done this to other people! I won’t be going back.

Lately they have been very rude. Usually it’s the lady doing drive-thru who you can barely understand, then she gets snippy with you when you ask her to repeat something. The food will basically get thrown at you without a hello or a thank you at the window.

I have been to a decent amount of DQ’s and this one is by far the WORST one I’ve been too! The drive through is pathetic and I’m always having to repeat myself! There is no urgency, no good customer service and it’s just so disappointing. This is the 2nd time I’ve been and I will no longer go back. It’s not worth the hassle and frustration. They need new employers!
