Great stop on my trip to Dennis Port Cape Cod. Wanted a hearty lunch that was gluten free and nut free and this hit the spot. Feels like an INN in the restaurant part. Quaint and cute. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. I got a chicken dish that was gluten free and really good.

Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Took about 40 minutes to get water dispite us being one of 3 groups in the restaurant. Food was okay but nothing special. If you want fish or pizza their are better places for food and especially service in the surrounding area. Current rating for restaurant doesn’t match actual status.

I love Seven Days Restaurant! Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner have always been exceptional. Food is fresh and consistent. The staff & owners are also friendly. If you are on the Cape, this is a must visit.

Great food! I got the mac and cheese and it was truly one of the best mac and cheeses I’ve ever had! Service was great too. Where we sat felt a bit tight (very small table and right next to the door that leads to the outdoor dining) but overall definitely recommend dining here! Had a good variety of food including seafood options and non seafood options!

We were absolutely delighted with Seven Days! We made a reservation for 12 a week ago and then family members kept adding on to a total of 18 for lunch today. Seven Days was incredibly gracious with our changes. Anthony was our server – he did an excellent job and the food was terrific. Thank you Seven Days for a wonderful lunch and time for our family to be together!

Waitress mentioned they’ve been open for months but first summer. Great food and great parking! After my daughter said “we are coming back here” I had to leave a review. Blueberry pancakes and eggs + sausage were great.
Kids loved tenders and pancakes. Daughter loved BLT. Fries + ranch were slappin.
Sorry for the post-eating photos. But that’s what inspired this.

I don’t write reviews too often, but I had to – this place is GREAT!! Me and 4 of my friends went for dinner after a day at the beach and we all LOVED our meals. We all agreed that if we were locals it would be our new go-to spot! Absolutely going whenever we’re back in the area. The staff is incredibly sweet and even offered to let us use their phone charger when our phones were dying, they really all go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Also, being able to pay the check via a barcode is a total game changer. The food, service, and atmosphere is just amazing!! I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more! A total must try if you’re in the area.

Maybe I had too high expectation base on all the positive reviews, or maybe it was a rainy day and we could not sit outside. or maybe I just didn’t order right… The place is a bit small. We felt the space is quite tight to sit, and our table was very full with just 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 1 kid’s dinner. We had to wait and call the waitress for the empty dishes to be taken to be able to enjoy the meal better. The dinner entrees tasted just ok for almost $40 each. I did like the mussels in curry sauce appetizer but also felt it’s over priced at $24. However, they were quite accommodating as we managed one little kid and one baby at the table which deserved the extra star to make it four. Total bill came down to be about $160 for 4 adults with 1 kid + 1 baby. Not sure why google says $10-$20 per person. Maybe we should have gone for salads and sandwiches, or maybe lunch menu is better than dinner.
