We ordered food to be delivered and estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. After an hour the tracking monitor still said it was sitting at the store. I called to find out what the delay was and I was told they were short delivery drivers but my food was on the way. I was told it was sitting under a heat lamp for over 30 minutes. After an hour and a half I still did not receive my food. I called the store back and was told the delivery driver was sitting in his car for an hour outside an apartment building. My food was in the car getting cold. I asked several times to talk to a manager but she would not get in the phone with me. I could hear her in the background answering my questions. I was told I could accept the cold, old food (and pay full price) or get a refund and no food. No offer to remake it or apologize. When I finally demanded the manager, Emma, speak to me, she was very rude and dismissive and did not try to fix the problem at all! I told her I no longer wanted the food. I did get a refund, but my son and I were left hungry and had to find another option after waiting 2 HOURS!! The delivery driver actually came about 2 hours and 15 minutes after the order was placed and I refused the food as I knew if I accepted the cold, used food Emma would have charged me! Very disappointing and truly horrendous customer service. I will never order from the again!!

Got nothing of what I ordered. They messed up my order and he came out and told me and I had to wait for it to be remade. He was very kind and sweet but he offered me the mistake (bread twists) that he was clearly eating from. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and I got pizza with chicken and onions and no sauce. I wanted sauce with my bread twists and I didn’t get any. They also are covered in oil. The food tastes good just check your order before you leave.

The girl with the glasses at this Domino’s is the reason this location is an absolute disaster , she is awful . She’s the one who handed me the wrong pizza in the first place — a pepperoni when my order was clearly vegetarian. So I had to drive 10 miles back to get it fixed.
And when I went back to resolve THEIR mistake, instead of apologizing, she was literally dancing around like nothing happened, acting like she didn’t care at all, and giving me straight-up attitude. No urgency, no responsibility, just complete disrespect. She couldn’t even activate the Apple Pay transaction earlier, and when the machine wasn’t working, she tried to blame me like I didn’t know what I was doing. She talks over customers, ignores what you’re saying, and behaves like helping people is optional.
This kind of useless, careless attitude is exactly why this place is falling apart. Horrible service from start to finish. I won’t be coming back.

Ordered a special Large Pizza today. Custom toppings, right amount of toppings for the Pizza. Their crust and portions are perfect. Had it topped with chicken, black olives, and banana peppers. The pizza was ready when I got there too.

They cannot get the delivery right. Everytime I place and order in glassboro, they deliver it to clayton. The door dash app literally shows a pin of where it should be dropped. I stopped ordering because by the time it gets to me its been over an hour an cold if they ever realize they went to the wrong address. I even include in the notes its for glassboro no clayton. Over the weekend , someone from clayton placed and order and they came to my place in glassboro. The driver even opened my door after being told on ring that it was the wrong house. NEVER ENTER SOMEONES HOME, why not call the person who your delivering too if theres an issue?

They do not read delivery instructions, I specifically state to not knock on the door when making delivery, to place it on the chair and they ALWAYS knock. Tonight the pizza was cold, sauces for the cheesy bread were missing, and the pizzas weren’t normal domino’s pizzas, weren’t even cut all the way through and were sliced into different sized portions so they couldn’t even be served properly amongst everyone. This location is the absolute worst. DO NOT RECOMMEND. and I will NOT order from here ever again. Absolutely ridiculous. They should shut this place down.
