All I got was a coffee while my truck was being serviced at Orleans Ford.
Had to sit outside because it was freezing in the store.
No rating on the food since I didn’t eat.
Coffee was fine.

I’ve always considered this Dunkin’ location one of the friendliest I’ve visited, especially as a newer business on Medina’s Main Street. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me disappointed.
When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, I went to the speaker as usual and stated that I had a mobile order, fully expecting to then be asked for my name, as is standard at other Dunkin’ locations. Instead, I was met with a curt and dismissive, “So does 5 other people.”
A simple, polite request for my name would have been both professional and in line with the great customer service I had come to expect here. I hope this was an isolated incident, as interactions like this can quickly tarnish an otherwise positive reputation.

This place is so hit or miss. They almost always forget something and truthfully it all depends on who is working. My most recent experience, they forgot my cold foam (which is not the first time and is also a $1 extra) and asked for a blueberry muffin, got a chocolate chip instead. It’s whatever but it’s annoying that the service is so inconsistent. Also getting charged for things that you never get it’s infuriating as well. I prefer dunkin over Tim’s, but maybe not this dunkin

This place is really hit or miss.. although lately it’s been more of a miss. I always stop here on my way to work and lately they’ve been either sold out of stuff or what I do order is made wrong. Example: today I stopped and ordered an iced matcha latte and an energy punch. I was told “we don’t have those” to the energy punch… which 1- its on their menu and online ordering and 2- I go there pretty hard every day and order one. But I was desperate for caffeine so I order a frozen coffee instead , to which I am told “we can’t do frozen coffees”. Okayyy.. so I ask about the spark’d energy drinks, intending to order the berry one and they say they only have the orange one, which honestly tastes like garbage. So I settle with just the iced matcha latte. I get to the window and she hands me my drink and it was a cup of foam… no ice, no liquid, just frothy matcha foam. Quite often I get like 1/4-1/2 a cup of foam but this was the first time getting an entire cup of foam… with no Ice even! like I paid $5 for that. I was super disappointed, like how do you think it is okay to serve stuff like that.

This is the reason I stopped being a regular customer at Dunkin’ Donuts. Because they suck. It’s noon and there’s no donuts. When I ask when they’ll have more donuts they say they won’t. I asked her what time they close. Lady behind the counter said 8 o’clock. So no donuts between noon and 8 o’clock. They need to change their name to Dunkin Sometimes Donuts.

I didn’t even order. The lady on the speaker in the drive through was RUDE!! To the point I said never mind I’ll go somewhere else. THEN she said thank you have a nice day. Also, there was a sign at the drive trough for a food option they don’t have anymore. And she got snippy with me about that. Like that’s a customers fault!?

Super rude staff. Completely ignored me and all other customers for over 10 minutes. Then, proceed to walk around the back pretending to work literally never touched anything just paced. In the end, I had to remind them that I was still waiting on donuts. Had my food all but thrown at me. The two ladies that work here should be replaced. I have never had an experience quite like this and I am not ok with it. I would give 0 star if I could.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts and I ordered a large coffee. Thank you, they gave me a small. We had to wait for our order. Because they were doing the people behind us. Order first before they handed us our order. And then I told her I was not willing to wait any longer. And she burn my hand with the coffee. Very rude people.
