What an absolute gem I discovered at Sapori Cafe! While the decor keeps things simple and charming without any pretense, the real magic happens with every single bite and sip.
The food here is truly extraordinary. I was thrilled to find bombolones – these Italian donuts are practically impossible to find in Jacksonville, and theirs were perfection. The croissant achieved that ideal flaky texture that so many places struggle with, practically melting in my mouth with each layer.
We couldn’t resist trying two of their cakes, and I’m so glad we did. Both were impeccably balanced – not too sweet, with flavors that complemented rather than competed with each other. But the real showstopper was the tiramisu latte. I’ve never encountered anything like it before, and it was an inspired creation that somehow captured all the essence of tiramisu in coffee form.
What truly elevated the experience was the owner’s genuine passion and knowledge. They took the time to explain each item, sharing the stories behind their creations with such enthusiasm that it made everything taste even better. Their helpfulness and warmth made us feel like welcomed guests rather than just customers.
Sapori Cafe proves that you don’t need flashy decor when your food speaks this eloquently. This is authentic Italian craftsmanship in the heart of Jacksonville.

Took the pup with me. He sat at the table outside while I ordered. Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely customers. I ordered a plain cornetto and a french vanilla cappuccino for “here”- then took a caffe latte to go. Everything was precisely prepared. The cornetto is similar to a croissants, but lighter with a tiny bit of sweet touch. It may be a little tough to find- I entered by ozk bank- drove behind it the through the parking lot- around to the front facing San Jose. It’s worth it to go- trust me!

The café itself is bright, clean, and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal or coffee. Speaking of coffee, the Lavazza brew was a standout—rich, aromatic, and expertly prepared. They also have decaf.
In addition to great coffee, they offer a variety of fresh sandwiches, crisp salads, and mouthwatering treats that are all beautifully presented and clearly made fresh to order.

Lovely little cafe! The food was great, and the coffee is excellent quality. The place is very very clean and has some very nice, quiet seating. Definitely give this place a try for brunch or a quiet but nice coffee date

So happy to have visited the newly opened Italian coffee shop called Sapori Caffè in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville!!!
Upon arrival I was welcomed by the friendly and sweet owner Mrs. Sabrina. She was also proud as was I for the opening of her newest business. Her staff is courteous and professional. The spacious interior is nicely decorated and plenty of seating for groups and families. I’m glad I live in the area and can hop, skip and jump right over to enjoy their Deliciosostyle coffee and fresh desserts and croissants! So excited and can’t wait for my next visit to enjoy more tasty items…Ciao!

Yummy coffee. I got an almond milk latte with amaretto syrup and it was tasty. The syrup wasn’t overpowering and the espresso genuinely had a great taste, almost bought a bag to take home with me! The service was a little confused tho trying to relay my order to the other girl idk there was some communication error/confusion.. also idk how the charging system worked because I got a latte and an American and was charged $6.20 for each and then extra shots and syrups idk that part was confusing
