Hidden gem in East Texas! I eat here often and the staff is incredible. Lovely atmosphere with large patio looking out over the beautiful tempest golf club! Great burgers and pizza – although my favorite is the off menu chicken Caesar wrap with home made chips.

Service is nothing short of abysmal. Gave zero stars because I can’t give negative stars …. I’ve been sat at a table for 30+ minutes and not even a hint of anyone wanting to take my order. Can’t believe a business can survive with this bad a level of service. There’s literally 6 people here and the only people being served at 2 guys sat at the bar. This isn’t even the first time, its the 2nd time in 3 days.

I was very disappointed with the service and food at neptunes last night. My husband and I have eaten there for breakfast and lunch and were very pleased but last night was not the same at all. Our server wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem interested in helping with questions. And the food was really awful…we got Chili which was just a pile of hamburger with some seasoning. My sandwich was burned on one side but our server never came back to check on us so I could tell her. Maybe this was an isolated incident but I don’t know if we want to give it another try.

Had breakfast there, waitress argued with us insisting we ordered a waffle instead French toast. She literally went back and forth with me 3 times! We ordered crispy hashbrowns and they came out a pile of mush. She never checked on us, never brought ketchup which I guess was fine since the hashbrowns were not edible. We will not be back!
