The only reason they deserve the one star is today was the first time an employee was nice and greeted me. I believe her name was Nat. She was very nice. The lady at the first window was rude and didn’t say barely anything. The manager putting the bag together seems like she hates being there was very annoyed when I asked for a ranch. I like the food here but every time I’m at this location I have the worst experience with the employees. All rude and have no training in customer service at all. I feel sorry for the owner if this is a franchise. I would recommend hiring a whole new staff to great customers.

Late night and my early dinner had worn off. So here’s Dave Thomas to the rescue. I ordered using the Wendy’s app, which is a plus. No having to deal with a surly counter person. This Wendy’s has the order kiosks so you can do the same.
Clean, nicely lit, my sandwich was assembled properly and my chicken nuggets were actually above warm. The fries were the let down today, a little underdone and not freshly hot. It was only 8:00 pm, so there’s no excuse.
Restaurant was clean including the dining room, the condiments area and the parking lot.

They never have drinks in there freestyle machine. Like do they not order what they need too? I’ve managed restaurants and this one isn’t managed well. Makes me sad for this location. The ice machine doesn’t work on the freestyle and it’s been like that for months. They have money to fix the things they need to I’m sure. They give very little ice in the cups and get upset if you ask for more. They really need to fix this.

For whatever reason the drive through staff stopped communicating with me so I just pulled forward to see 4 or 5 people standing in the drive through window area. No greeting or amount owed just awkward silence until finally that hand me my food then tell me the total. Good was clearly left over from the lunch rush ( it was 5pm). I don’t expect much from fast food but this was less than even that.

This was the absolute worst service i have ever got at a fast food restaurant.Their was people in line and 3 people were behind the counter and NOBODY would wait on us.The manager was the worst offender.I will never go to SLOW food Wendys again.I never write reviews but this was rediculous.They were purposly not waiting on us.After it was very obvious they were avoiding us i left.That manager should be fired yesterday.

Went inside because their was a line wrapped around the building. Went to the counter and tried to order. Was told I HAD to use the kiosk (curious how they take drive thru orders). Kiosks are covered in finger prints. Ask a girl to clean them and get attitude and shitty looks from everyone standing around doing nothing in the back. Proceed to order mine and my son’s food. Apparently there is zero option to remove cheese from the burgers. Complete fail. Will never be returning to that location.

So the truth. I haven’t eaten at a Wendy’s is 15 or more years. So my recent move got me just a few miles from a Wendy’s, the one located in Central Market Place, Waco Texas. Technically it wasn’t lunch time. Per my receipt it was 3:24 pm. I wasn’t sure so I went for the $5 Biggie Bag deal. I got the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, Small Fries, and whatever size Coke they gave me. I also got 2 Red Wrist Bands, support Adoption, everyone deserves a home. I also splurged for the small strawberry frosty. My order was correct, good job Tylandia. The drive thru time not to bad big order in front of me. Per the receipt I think the female that handed me my Food was Vanessa she did your job and even made a small smile. The food wasn’t bad but the Fries a bit salty, Burger tasty, but the bun seemed moist and the nuggets were not old. The Coke was perfect and my frosty was Strawberry. Over all I’m giving it a 4 star I ate it all, so so full.

I have been here a few times and never seemed to have a problem with my food. I went yesterday 2/23/2021 and I received someone else’s order, so I went back today to let them know that I had the wrong order given to me and wanted to make sure I got my order correct today. The guy taking the order asked if I had called to let them know and I didn’t I just wanted to make sure they were extra observant with my order. The guy at the window handing out the food was extremely rude and he was the same as one that handed me my food yesterday. Customer service and accuracy is key for a successful business. I posted the picture of my fries which were over cooked and not what I am use to getting. Hope they get it together or reevaluate the staff at this location.

I went to pick up my mobile order and a woman at the first window in the drive thru looked me up and down and asked if I worked in a nursing home because I had on scrubs. I just said no and then she asked me if I don’t work at all. I don’t owe her an explanation about my employment status, but since the employees are rude here, it’s on brand for the experience there. Worry about getting orders correct and not my financial status.

I ordered food online to be picked up and when I got there, it wasn’t ready and I was told that they don’t fill online orders until you arrive at the restaurant and then proceeded to take 15 minutes to fill my order! The attitude they had was nasty and rude as hell! Avoid this location!
