Sandwich had mold on the bread. The manager refunded my money and I was taken care of. Note to the staff: please pay closer attention to your product and quality, I may not have an allergic reaction but it could seriously harm someone with a different immune system.

I ordered the sunshine smoothie with white chocolate and strawberries. This smoothie straight up has whey In it and I know because I am a general manager at a tropical smoothie. This is a milk based protein and is an allergy to a lot of people including me. You really need to watch what you put in your smoothies.

Some really awesome smoothies! I recommend the Sunshine! They were super fast at getting them done and it was delicious. The store itself was pretty clean and the staff was very nice. The smoothies themselves are a little bit expensive but a very nice treat. And you’d probably spend the same amount on some coffee so give it a try

Love the food bit the staff is horrible. They forgot one of my items in the drive thru and the lobby was closed so I knocked on the door and the girls straight up ignored me and wouldn’t look at me. I just wanted what I paid for. It was so rude. They sent the male, (im assuming the manager over) to help me instead of giving me the time of day. I love the business chain I just hate rude workers. They ruin it for the business. I would quit hiring little high-school kids. They hate their life and it shows, they don’t make it enjoyable to be there.
