Absolutely appalled about how I was treated after placing an online order. I was charged for the order and it was confirmed, but upon picking up the order, I was told it was not placed or received. I have the receipt. Do not go to this Dominos if you’re expecting service. Tyson, claimed to be a manager but took the situation so unlike a manager, I have every right to believe he was lying. Will never order at this location again.

Stopped by this Domino’s tonight and had a disappointing experience. The guy at the window was really short with me — no greeting, no patience when I told him they didn’t ask for a name for my order, and just generally gave off a rude vibe. I get that people have rough days, but basic courtesy shouldn’t go out the window. The food was fine, but customer service matters, and this visit definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’m staying in a hotel here in Billings. When I put the address in accidentally switched two digits. The address I put in was a business within walking distance of the Dominos. Well, instead of calling me they just trashed my order. When I called they had an attitude, then put a smart comment on my pizza box. Also, I didn’t get my ranch I paid for.

This is not our normal go to dominos but since we had been on this side of town we decided to get our pizza here this time. It was very clean, everyone was friendly & my 2 boys loved that they could watch their pizza being made. It also had a large chalk wall they drew pictures on while we waited.
