Food is good only when it’s hot and fresh. Customer service could be friendlier or more cheerful. Every time I come up here each staff member sounds Ruder than the last as well as unenthusiastic. I understand McDonald’s is hard for some but if you aren’t going to at least fake it, don’t work in the food industry. You are representing a company, how hard is it to smile & say ” have a great day”?

The milk and apple slices were expired in my daughter’s kids meal. And I called and the manger didn’t seem to care. He just went silent and said he was looking and then didn’t say anything else. It was rude. I’m just hoping she don’t get sick from it

The employees at this location are rude and it takes forever to get your food. My credot card was declined and they told me it was giving a fraud code and asked if I had already been there and used that card earlier in the day and said I couldn’t use the same card twice in the same day which is NOT true, they just didn’t know what they were doing because the manager was able to get my card to go through as soon as she tried. The other employee not only embarrassed me in front of other customers but then proceeded to argue with me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at the Lindsay location.

Employees were great, and helpf, and patient. Very nice and social, and they seemed to make good conversation with others on top of that. Food was good, I mean it’s McDonald’s, you like it or you don’t. But the details that matter, such as this particular location’s food quality, is quite mediocre. The cheese was crooked on both of our burgers, and some of the fries were undercooked. The drink machine seems to water down every drink by pouring a seconds worth of water before the drink, and it made it taste worse. It was still tasty.
