Came in when my online order was ready. Was greeted to loud vacuum from who would i assume on the manger based on age. Him and his other employee continued to clean snd use there shop vacuum (extremely loud) and look up and ignore me. My order is sitting behind the counter just waiting. Then when finally serviced she couldn’t hear me because no had an sense to turn off the vacuum when a customer was in the store so they dont have to yell over the loud vacuuming. Rude atmosphere, more concerned with closing hours before they actually close then helping a customer.

Can’t say anything negative about it. It’s exactly as you would expect. I only have it about once or twice a year. It definitely beats out it’s main chain pizza rivals for freshness and flavor.

Arrived for a mobile order and no one around in the store. One employee comes out and looks at the computer then says they’re working on it but they actually hadn’t started it yet. I asked if they knew how long it would be so I could just wait in the car rather than in store and they replied “like I said, I’m working on it…” Honestly would be totally okay with the slow speed as I’ve nothing else going on today but would be nice to be spoken to like I’m not being a total nuisance to them for simply asking a question. I get it people don’t all like their jobs or they have a bad day but is it really that hard to give a paying customer 2 seconds and a smile? 4star for food but -5 for customer service tbh.

Great stuff crust pizza and Parmesan crusted Papadia! Not too much sauce ever. Hot and ready under 20 minutes. Usually. Ours got delayed because the online app didn’t process the order correctly. It’s the best pizza around.

Ordered online for pickup, arrived stood inside probably close to 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. There were 3 employees working. Pizza was very poorly made. Huge bubble in middle, very little toppings. Papadias had minimal stuffing and was burnt. Employee who finally acknowledged me seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. We stopped going to this location 5 years ago due to this type of service and poor food quality, but thought we would give it another try. Will not make the mistake again, won’t be going back.

My husband ordered a Large half pepperoni with pineapple and the other half just cheese. They messed up the first order and gave us the whole pizza pepperoni with pineapple. So called them and told them about our order and they were nice enough to make us new one with half cheese in it. My husband pick it up and came home with the same order. A whole pepperoni with pineapple. What on earth is wrong with these people! We called for the order to make sure they make it right the 2nd time. And still the same wrong order! Just wow!!

Whenever I order a large pizza it’s always a medium sized Pizza in a large box. There’s always way too much flour on the dough so it tastes chalky, also a 50% chance they don’t cut your pizza all the way. while waiting for food inside you see unsanitary things. Like for example this evening I saw someone sneezing in their coat walking towards the sink. I thought oh cool he’s going to wash his hands. Nope turned around and went back to cutting pizza after sneezing all over himself. This location needs to be retrained so badly…. Needless to say I’m definitely not ordering from here anymore this is not my first experience that I’ve had like this from this location. Very sad because it’s so close to me.

I order my food at 4:47. Was to be delivered in 29 minutes. At 5:10 I recieved notice it would be delivered by door dash. Waited until 5:58, still no order.
Called the store and wad informed by the manager, Roxy, that the door dasher was waiting for another order before she leaves. Mind you the notice I got said Mathew would be delivering.
This was over an hour after I placed my order! I tried to explain to Roxy that I had not ordered through door dash, nor would I ever, because I like my food hot. I went on to tell Roxy that is was unacceptable customer service. She states, “It’s not my fault it’s door dash”. Again, I did not order through door dash.
At that point I canceled my order and will never order from Papa John’s again.
