I called in and got food delivered tonight.. usually this place is really yummy but tonight, the sweet and sour chicken is so hard and tough it can’t be eaten. The rice is hard too. What i was able to eat just tastes really really stale. I think I’m done getting food delivered no one cares anymore. It’s also sad because the food took over an hour to be delivered.. someone may think oh that’s why it’s stale.. no this is like unable to chew hard!

Ordered over the phone chicken chow mein expecting to get similar to Panda Express Chow Mein. Picture number 1 is example. Picture number 2 is what I got! I took the issue to the “manager on duty” and she said she would exchange it once no charge and got picture number 3. What in Gods name is that?!? Took it back again and the “on duty manager” flat said no refund they had already exchanged it once no charge. She showed me a faded picture of their chow mein and couldn’t tell that it wasn’t like picture number 1. I showed her the picture number 1 and she said that is lo mein not chow mein. She refused refund or the correct food. Make sure you understand what you are ordering from this establishment as it may not be what you think it is or what the rest of the world thinks it is either.

If you do not want to stay open till 10:00 p.m. on Sundays you need to change your time because this is the second time I have ordered at 9:00 p.m. or at 9:05 and y’all place the order and then you canceled it. the tracking you sent showed me that the delivery driver was on their way and then all the sudden they canceled I think y’all didn’t prepare the food because it was getting late so close at 9:00 p.m. if you want to instead of putting 10:00 p.m. on Sundays! And then you lied and said you were going to send out another order and you never did. I think it’s because I was going to pay cash thankfully I didn’t pay with card because you would have just stolen my money! And I read another review on here about a doordash or taking their money without giving change and it’s because doordash does not give the drivers change! Quit lying saying that they can give change when they cannot you need to switch to card only if it’s delivery! WORD OF ADVICE EVERYBODY IF YOU’RE USING CASH HAVE EXACT CHANGE ONLY!!!!

My friend order is 2 dinners and had them deliver them. They only brought one and when she called them and explained that to them they would not even bring her another dinner and they would not refund her money for one dinner. I was with her when she opened the bag and only one dinner was in the bag. That’s just plain wrong of them to do that to her or anyone. We will never eat there again!

Im reporting this company I ordered thinking it’s thru them for delivery they ordered they door dash my order was 30.37 my son gave them 40$ did not give any change back and there also is a camera you can see her hurry and run off didnt say anything about giving back change or anything thats stealing and this business needa to be held accountable there saying they can’t help me and the driver cant go back thats stealing thats theft from a child and im pregnant

Really nice little restaurant! I’m still trying the different items on their menu but can recommend their General Tso chicken and also their Orange flavored Beef (pictured).
They are pretty fast about completing your order, too.
