Very upset that I placed an order it said it was picks up and delivered but after a whole hour nothing- mind you it was promised 20-30 mins after ordering. I call them and ask how much longer, they claim the delivery person never delivered it smh they had to remake it so fast by the time I got it was so late seriously an hour and a half later. Ridiculous

I ordered online for pickup and when we arrived the order was wrong and burned. The girl at the counter said too bad since it was paid for. No apologies, no attempt to help or remedy the situation. I asked about possibly getting a coupon for next time and she said no!

I should have stopped using the website at the first sign of trouble. I ordered one mushroom and one pineapple pizza. A glitch on the website sent the wrong order. They refused to fix it. I don’t ever want to use the Pizza Hut website or go to this store.

Poor Customer Service and none-existant quality check. They’ll send you the wrong order and refuse to refund. You can only get credit for future purchase. Fortunately if you pay with a credit card theres a feature called a Chargeback which can easily get you a refund.

Awful service, poor management. The people that work there are rude and will hang up on you while on the phone talking. Would not recommend using this Pizza Hut location at all, better to save your time/money and go somewhere else. Long story short – they did not fulfill our order after it was placed and wasted an hour of our time while being disrespectful.
