HUGE shout out to Lauren at the Papa Johns on Archer Road! We had a large out of town event in Gainesville and she and her team got our order ready super fast. We were running behind, and we had an event to get to. She put together our pizza and had it delivered directly to our hotel. The pizza was such a hit with the group! I tried the papadilla. It was terrible. The store manager called and left a message apologizing and offering me a free pizza. When I call the store to get the pizza the guy told me nope no note on my account and not gonna happen. Like why even do that and make things worse by providing poor customer service on top of serving terrible food. Won’t ever do papa johns again after all that.

I ordered extra sauce on my pizza and recieved hardly any. I ordered boneless wings and I got a bowl of chicken nuggets — like the kind you get from McDonald’s –with some barbecue sauce poured on top. Then they gave me extra buffalo sauce on the side instead of more barbeque. I asked for a refund of just the wings and they said it wasn’t possible but that they could give me a credit for a free pizza instead. Why would I want another bad pizza? I was so excited for this little treat and they honestly ruined my night.

I used to hate Papa John’s. Something about it just tasted prepackaged and fake. Something happened, though, and the recipe changed. The pizza is really great! I was happy with it. The service was spectacular and the workers were excellent!

The last time I ate here, I got sick. I had a Papadia Philly Cheese Steak with mushrooms and extra cheese. It was tasty. But then I got really sick at home. I later found out that their food bins that they use to make the pizzas etc are supposed to be refrigerated at a constant temp of 40 degrees, BUT if the food is piled high ABOVE a soecific ridge inside the bin, the food could grow bacteria, which would make people sick. THIS is what happened with my order. They screwed up, and are still operating as usual. Their EX-GM Cody is super nice and very helpful.

Ordered delivery and it was by an employee named Michael, who was nice and courteous. (Not by Door Dash) He was on time and this was our first time ordering from the franchise. Food was just the right temperature and tasted good, not too greasy or salty, and much more affordable than other pizza places. I will probably order from here from now on out.

I ordered an online pizza from the Gainesville fl archer rd store and it took longer to receive my pizza was cold AND the driver left my pizza outside on the ground. I tried to call the store back and the guy on duty wouldnt accept my call. He kept putting me on hold and woildnt give me the managers name. I spend too much money with them for this type of service

Order at your own risk! My delivery was sent to DoorDash with out me knowing. The delivery instructions clearly said “hand order to customer”. The driver didn’t even bother ringing my doorbell, he left the pizza box right in front of my door on the ground! Had I not been tracking his dumb ass on the website , bugs would’ve gotten in my food. This will be my last time ordering for this location.
