Glad to support farm to table restaurants. The potato starter was yummy and reasonably priced, but other items were a bit high. For example, I was charged $7 to add chicken – 3 little strips of one chicken thigh (that is a really expensive whole chicken then)! Overall the menu offers limited protein otherwise. They had limited staff the evening we went so no pizza, food arrived extremely slowly, and only one server for the entire top floor.
Parking is very limited so you must park across the street at USPS.
Atmosphere was cute, be aware upstairs bathrooms are incredibly tiny!

The atmosphere at Pine Grove Hall is cosy, a nice venue for shows. I want Pine Grove Hall to flourish, but the food is simply awful. Food was consistently poor across 4 entrees in our party. For example, the chicken curry sandwich was served on bread that seemed store-bought, with no tomato, lettuce, or anything else on the plate. The side of green beans consisted of 3 small green beans. Members in our party suggested the French fries tasted like they came from a frozen package. Servers do their best, but the kitchen is simply not up to the task and service is terribly slow.

An excellent spot to visit if you are in the area. The food was tasty and the service was really good! My burger came out a bit more pink than I prefer but they took care of it super fast. Everything had great flavor and I would say it’s worth the price

I have to say, this was the best food I’ve had in the area probably in my whole life visiting. My grandma lives in SC and my family and I were there for her birthday. After an early bird special with my grandma where most of us didn’t eat much, I wanted us to go have a real meal and this was absolutely fabulous! My mom actually realized once we got there that the restaurant is owned by one of her high school classmates and she remembered reading about the opening on FB. After seeing such great reviews on Google, I wanted to give it a try. I was impressed by the seasonality of the ingredients and the creativity of the dishes. You’d think with as many farms as there are in the area there would be more restaurants like this, but there really aren’t! Every single dish was fantastic and they also has a really impressive wine selection. Can’t recommend enough and would love to go back next time I’m in SC. Scott was also such a fantastic waiter and was so kind and welcoming. Also so helpful in guiding us to make sure we ordered the proper amount of food for our hunger levels. Love this place!

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Pine Grove Hall, and it was amazing! Angela and her staff paid a lot of attention to detail. Our friends and family talked about the dinner and drinks from here the entire wedding weekend!

First time diners. Wonderful diverse selection of menu items. The O.G. 1888 cocktail was divine. The halibut with pole beans and artichokes was the best halibut that I have had. The service was very attentive. We shall return.

I visited for the first time, and everything—the atmosphere, the staff, and the food—was perfect. The chicken sandwich, in particular, combined crispy chicken with special sauce and vegetables, creating a fantastic flavor. I ended up ordering an appetizer at the end, and the combination of the onion dipping sauce and potatoes was unforgettable. I plan to visit again soon!

Food was not as good as I would have liked I got the scallops and polenta with a heirloom tomato salad what I got was 4 small soggy scallops and 6 pieces of red tomato and some bean sprouts across the plate my date got a smash burger with bacon and apple butter on a brioche bun and chips was good we got the chips and dip for a starter and two adult drinks the drinks were watery no flavor the chips and dip was limp fingerling potatoes 10 pieces and a half cup of dip way more dip then needed for the small batch of “chips” just as a note parking is very limited

Overall, mid. The spring risotto was very good. The chicken fried quail looked and smelled better than it actually tasted. I wish it was actually crispy. The “kelp kohlrabi” pickles were a no for me, dog. Shrimp salad was decent, though you only get 3 pieces of shrimp and I am not a fan of warm salads and this one didn’t win me over. Excellent service, enjoyed the live entertainment, but the food was nothing to write home about.

I went here with my family and had a wonderful time! The service was on point, quickly filled up our glasses and had good enthusiasm! The food was very delicious, I would recommend their wings and their chicken salad sandwich! I even had my side be an excellent potato salad! Our compliments to Chef Nicholas!
