This Pizza place has quickly become one of my favorite pizza spots. The crust is perfectly balanced—crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. They’re extremely generous with the cheese, and every bite feels rich and satisfying. The toppings are always fresh and plentiful, especially on their Combination Pizza, which I highly recommend.
The service is fast, friendly, and welcoming, making it a great place for both families and friends to enjoy a meal together. My kids love the pizza just as much as we do, which makes it an easy go-to for family nights. Considering the quality and the portion sizes, it’s an incredible value for the price.

Very disappointed in this location. Got it delivered because the one in El Cerrito was out of range from me, but I wish I hadn’t. The garlic knots were terrible and the pizza overcooked, meat was super dry and too crispy.

If I could give more stars I would. When I tell you this place was top notch. We had around 37 kids on a field trip. Our bus got stuck for six hours. The owner was so kind. He entertained the kids with tours of the kitchen showing them how pizzas were made. He even turned on the giants game on TV (this was what the students were meant to see) we did miss the game but we are so thankful to Mountain Mike’s for their kindness.

We visited the dinner buffet yesterday and were surprised by how much the price has increased. After paying for a meal for our family of four, we started with the salad bar. Some of the toppings were empty, and the lettuce wasn’t fresh—it was only about a quarter full. They were also out of spinach, so I asked the young lady who took our payment. She retrieved a bag of spinach from the fridge and took it to the back to hand-pick the ‘good’ leaves, then barely filled the tray twice on my request, on two separate occasions, since other customers would like some too. I hope she wore gloves while doing this, even though I was already frustrated with the lack of fresh items.
When we requested another pizza and the pizza dessert, the staff member refused to make the dessert, saying there were “too” many pizzas out. The older lady (staff member) seemed to micromanage the young lady, who always had to look for her approval. Overall, we weren’t happy with the customer service.
Had we known that the new ownership would lead to such a change in service, we probably wouldn’t have gone and won’t be returning. We’ve been regulars for years, and the previous owner and staff were always accommodating and friendly. They never hesitated to make any pizza for us, even when the pizza station was busy. On occasion, one employee would even bring our requested pizza to our table so we could have priority pick. I wish I knew his name to give him a proper shout-out for his exceptional service!
