My orders are always missing something it never fails. I no longer get food here. Never consistent. Other then consistent in not reading the tickets, consistent in not checking the orders. I can understand once in a while, but on a daily basis? I guarantee there are other customers going through the same thing. So I shopped around checked out a few in my area. And no longer get food from this place.
Big disappointment . I just retired from this industry after 55 years in restaurant and kitchen management, cooking, serving and packing up orders. So to me this is absolutely nonsense. This is a big part of customer service !

No flavor. Worst I’ve ever had. Dine in served in carry out containers with plastic ware. Appetizers brought out last. Go anywhere else. Not here.

Nasty! I have not ate here in a long time and I figured I would give it a try because I was craving Chinese. When I went to pick up my food, the guy was rude. He wouldn’t even hand me my food. He told me it was over here. Weird. Then we attempted to eat it and it was old and nasty. It must’ve been sitting all day because it was hard and gross. I do not recommend this place for service or food.

Third time sending us the wrong food or missing items we ordered. This place was better run when Jeff was around. When you call the store to complain about what happened they try to tell you they will give you a credit for next time. Only problem is IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN!! They continue to miss food or send the wrong items. I ordered sweet and sour chicken for my kids and never got the chicken, only the sauce. I ordered BBQ spare ribs and they sent me BBQ chicken. I’m paying DOUBLE what the prices used to be for food that taste like a cardboard. My faith and patience in this store have depleted. I have never been more disgusted. It’s one thing to make a mistake but to continue letting it happen?!? No excuses!

went in to get cheese wontons at 6:40pm tonight someone called at 4:50pm ordered the same thing the cheapskate dude who works there gives me the order that no one picked up so i got screwed outta money because someone else never showed up for the same thing i ordered he acted like it was fresh hot just made until i get home and tried eating them hard as a rock that’s when i looked at the receipt and seen the time stamped for 4:50pm shame on them i have no idea why i even stopped in there never again that place should be closed the heck down dirty as hell

My wife called to order from here on her lunch break. She asked the person taking the order if there was a delivery fee. He says it depends on the distance. My wife ordered her food, and got the receipt and saw they charged her ($9) for delivery alone. She calls to address this and explain that the person did not give her the total that included the delivery fee on the phone. She was told that there’s nothing they can do about the delivery fee because they use a 3rd party. My wife asked if it’s possible to be reimbursed for the delivery fee as she was not aware of the cost for delivery and they said she would have to bring the food to the store. Ridiculous and horrible customer service.
