Ordered ahead and requested a specific time for pickup (roughly an hour later). Arrived 15 minutes before the requested pickup time anticipating a wait, but surprisingly the pizza was ready. This seems to indicate it was made immediately when the order was placed and sat for a while. Tasting it confirmed that suspicion. It was lukewarm (which is a generous assessment), dry, and very overcooked. Spent nearly $50 on 4 pizzas and ended up tossing half of it. Very disappointed. Second time ordering from here and first time was DELICIOUS. Pizza was smoking hot, sauce ratio was excellent and it was worth every penny. Not sure if today was a fluke but doubt I’ll recommend this place as strongly as I did before.

The guy who took the phone order was super nice and helpful. The food was ready when promised. It was GOOD. I especially loved the mini chefs salad. It was perfection. They were also nice enough to split our “1 topping” topping pizza into two different halves for our vegetarian friend.

If you catch them on a good day, Chuck’s is wonderful. If it’s a bad day? Undercooked pizza, cheese only on half the pizza, and instructions (like no olives) ignored. We have been consistent costumers of this place, but when we called to kindly report problems with our order, they actually hung up on us. It was so weird and unfriendly. We’ll be going back to Gatti’s, next time…

Our first time trying Chucks, and it was great!
I ordered the Gloria’s Margherita Pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The garlicky crust was a perfect addition, but the real winner was the fresh ingredients! The vegetables were incredibly fresh and delicious! We did eat inside at the one table and the guys working were so kind! They brought us plates, forks and napkins, brought out our pizzas fresh and checked in on us as we ate! Very friendly staff! We highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

Honestly the people were nice but it doesn’t matter at all because my order was wrong. How difficult is it to make half pepperoni, half mushroom? First order I’ve placed with them and it’s wrong. Not worth the future risk of wasting time and money. Another disappointing Waco experience, and another restaurant I will not return to.

Very good good, we asked about the bacon cheese burger, he told us about it, we got 2 salads also, prices are very fair and food is great, we enjoyed or salads so much, we had to finish before enjoying the pizza, Food came out very fast. We also talked to the owner, he says he’s been here 30 years, if your like me and like local hole in the wall places that have great food and nice people then come here.

RAW PIZZA. The Supreme Pizza has been raw the last few times in a row. So had to take it back on the last one and got an even worse pizza in return. This place used to be my favorite but I’ll never go there again.

Ordered a delivery order. Showed up an hour and 10 minutes late. Needless to say COLD. Called the store to inquire about delivery time and the girl said whatever he’s busy. Chucks app is removed because this is the 3rd time in a row for late cold pizza and customer service that doesn’t exist.
