Been a lot of years since I’ve been to a Dunkin’ Donut and can say aa lot is the same but a lot changed…mainly that there’s a whole lot more to choose from besides donuts! I was impressed by the coconut donut because I haven’t heard of one before and was pleased. Very Good coffee. Would give better rating but believe that when there are specials and need certain requirements, they should tell you before buying it – not after realizing you were over charged by the receipt. Or, they should make the mistake good, they did neither and cashier basically said it wasn’t her problem. I still recommend the food.

Fine service and food, though manager I believe Melissa is extremely unprofessional and threatening in the work place, and my own ma heard her say “I’ll kill you” to a couple of the kids working there. I just can’t support that kind of behavior, especially from someone in a position of power over another.

I asked for a crescent with only sausage and cheese. No egg because I’m severely allergic. The guy yelled it to everyone so they knew, which was fine. I get to my destination this morning and open it and this is what I got. Avoiding DD on main st in Southbridge from now on.

These people can’t read. They can’t read the labels they put on their own cups. They can’t read the labels on their bottles to refill the machines. There is always raspberry flavor put where the coconut goes. I’m convinced 75% of employees over there don’t speak any English because everything is always wrong and yet the order was correctly written on the cup. Also the manager is confrontational and has trouble keeping certain lids in stock and likes to double charge for cold foam. I have changed my entire morning routine to avoid this dunkins I suggest you do the same.
Save your money take the extra 5 minutes to go to the dunkins in Sturbridge by Kahula and you’ll have a chance at getting something drinkable.

How can they get confused with two simple things?
I just went to this store and I ordered 1 small hot chocolate milk with just a little bit of sugar and a regular glazed donut and they did everything opposite. The hot chocolate couldn’t be sweeter than what it was and this glaze donut with letters

I visited this dunkin right after the 10 am mass at the church across the street. I ordered my food before I crossed the street at 10:56 am on the app.
I waited for almost an hour for my food to be put on the mobile order shelf. I get it, it’s the morning rush since there’s a church across the street.
I had ordered 2 drinks, a black pepper snacking bacon, and hashbrowns.
I see that my drinks were put on the shelf in front of me after a while and I hear the grey haired lady mumble to herself “snacking bacon and hashbrowns….” with bags in front of her. I say “I think that’s my order…”
She said “NO it’s not your food. We’re waiting on your food.”
Ma’am, how do you know my name? Do you know if the order is actually mine? Maybe ask my name first before blatently assuming it’s mine. The labels on the bags were facing away from me. I couldn’t read them. It sounded like my order.
I was so astounded that I didn’t say anything. I could only make a face of utter shock.
Another one of her coworkers came over and she passed all the orders off to her and said “she’s waiting for her food” and I get a paper bag shoved in my face.
Again, not asking for my name.
I get it, not everyone wants to work. But stop taking it out on customers. It gives a bad vibe and atmosphere.
I’m planning to not ever coming back to this location. I’ve been to better that are more organized and friendly.

You need to get an entirely new staff in this place. Absolutely rude, cursing at customers. Whoever owns this place clearly doesn’t care who they hire as long as they make their money. Corporate will indeed be contacted about this experience. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it’s another thing when you take it out on your customers. Someone’s gonna say something to the wrong person one day and find out they aren’t who they thought they were!

Went in to get my food. The place wasn’t that clean. The woman taking orders at the register was beyond miserable. She was starring off into space. Was throwing receipts around. She was not having a good morning and was making sure everyone around her knew it. The one and only upside was the younger guy who handed me my coffee. He seemed to be running the place. Making sure everything got done. He was friendly and ready to work.
