EXTREMELY BRIGHT MENU SIGN – sensitive eyes beware!!!!!!! The menu sign after daylight hours will leave you with sunspots in your vision and make it dangerous to drive. Be careful looking at this menu! I am really shocked and appalled that this hasn’t been fixed yet. Me and many others have been complaining for quite some time. Lack of GAF here is obvious, also the coffee tastes sour.

The store got my order wrong for the 2nd time so j will not be ordering from this location again. When you call the store they can’t help you fix the issue and blame it on being really busy. What a cop out.

If I could give this Dunkin no stars I would. We pulled up to an empty drive through with no one in the parking lot. The espresso machine was broken so we had to change our order. We both ordered two sweet cold brews WITH COLD FOAM. the young employee gave us attitude while we ordered. When we got to the window she handed us our drinks and there was no cold foam. We politely asked for cold foam and an older lady told us she couldn’t because she didn’t take the order. Not only did we not receive our receipt or what we asked or payed for we were also rudely treated. This changed our perspective on Dunkin for sure. Nothing is worse than having a rough day and not being able to get a good coffee. Do better.

I ordered 2 Boston Cream Donuts and this is how the TEENAGE GIRL placed my Donuts into my bag. I immediately called the Topsham Dunkin’Donuts and a female answered the phone and identified herself as the Store Mgr. I made an observation that the TEENAGE GIRL should have placed my 2 Boston Cream Donuts back to back rather than sticking the Chocolate fudge on top of my Donuts to one another. I then had to separate the Conjoined Twin Donuts. Worst of all the manager just said, “SORRY!” End of conversion. I won’t return to this establishment!! Chef Perry

I walked in feeling happy and hungry, until the cashier misunderstood me and placed my order incorrect which was not an issue with me but was an issue with the person preparing it, she mumbled something then said “but I’ll make it”. As she was walking to me I said thank you, and as I’m speaking she tossed it on the counter instead of placing it down on counter or handing it to me. I will never buy breakfast or lunch from this location again I also told my co-workers who will not spend money there anymore as well. Enjoy killing business lady

Got our order wrong twice. Friend asked for almond milk instead of green tea, got green tea twice. I ordered two things of everything bagel minis extra toasted, and they only gave me one. When I asked for the other, they gave me plain, non-toasted bagel minis. They didn’t give any napkins; and forgot my friends extra cream cheese. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to.
