Every single time I come to this McDonald’s it’s a horrible experience. I always order a cheeseburger with extra onions, and they never put the onions on it. Not sometimes — every time. On top of that, the fries are always cold.
The customer service is just as bad. I get rushed at the speaker, and they’re asking “anything else?” before I can even finish ordering. It feels like they don’t listen and don’t care.
Nobody wants to spend their hard-earned money just to get wrong food and bad service over and over again. If I’m paying for my food, I need it made correctly. This location seriously needs to do better.

I’ll say that I avoided coming to this McDonald’s for a while after having a terrible experience in the Drive-Thru while working for doordash and the lobby was closed. BUT!! After coming through the drive-thru here today I needed to give credit where credit is due because the lady working the drive-thru was extremely nice and professional. Give that girl a raise. Good customer service can change a lot.

Placed an order online for pickup in lobby and still had to wait over 10 min for it just for the order to have been sitting with doordash orders & to be incorrect. No cashier or anyone available to help in the front for over 15 min. Best to just use drive thru since its priority

I dont have a clue what kind of people you have hiring at this mcdonalds but I had a fingernail in my frappe. It looked like a worker had chewed their nail off and spit it into it. I was nice to these people and still got some nasty stuff happening. Definitely taking legal actions next time.

I personally hate McDonald’s but my brother loves it. I came to get my family food just 20 minutes ago after work. I placed my order and understood my order was gonna take time because it was rather large. It was very slow like two other customers. I was patient and nice cause i understand it’s late at night. This lady got such an attitude and was pissed off at me because they forgot two large fries. That was the only thing missing and I was nice about it cause I don’t wanna cause a fuss. This lady took 15 minutes to get me my fries and proceeded to throw her hands up in the air stomping away all pissed off after giving me the fries. I just wanted to get my family food they wanted. Do workers these days think I’m happy to receive a messed up order and think I wanna stay and chit chat? NO I DONT. I want my food then to go home to my family who are waiting. I don’t need a slow lazy worker getting mad at me and giving me attitude because THEY messed up MY order. I’d rather go to Wendy’s and wait forever then get attitude from someone who clearly has no life and dosent wanna work. She should be fired. I will never be going here again much less any McDonald’s again. Someone McDonald’s has forgotten you can only continue getting customers if you actually treat them nice. Of course McDonald’s could care less what any of us think and feel and I know they won’t do anything about it.

Maybe a fluke according to all the bad reviews but we left the Goodman and 51 McDonald’s to come to this one as they were essentially out of everything. This new one across from Walmart was amazing. Clean. Associates were very friendly and happy. Food came out fast and was fresh. First time I’ve had fresh hot fries from a McDonald’s in probably 5 years. Will come back to this one.

Placed an order 8 mins ago, and was told to pull around now I see 5 more cars being told to pull ahead or get in the customer pickup spots…. Service here is Terrible and you have to wait 20-25 mins for food even if you use the app, I won’t be back …… Should be 0 stars!!!!!

I’ve given this restaurant three chances now. Since it’s new, you should expect a wrong order here and there… Especially the first month after opening.. Nope. Every Single Order has had something wrong with it. Since the first order I made was less than a month after opening, I’ll omit that one.
My order before the one I got over the last weekend was a couple of mcgriddles and hash browns I ordered through the app. The egg on the mcgriddles was COLD and my order clearly sat on the rack for a while. Anytime I order takeout, I transport with hot bags.. The image was immediately after opening.
The last time we visited, the third time, half of our order was missing and my fries were just thrown into the bag… Like, dumped into the bag, thrown. We ordered a double cheeseburger medium combo meal, 10pc chicken nuggets, medium caramel frappe, 4 buffalo sauce, 4 ranch, 4 honey mustard, and an apple fritter. What we were given was the burger, fries, nuggets, 3 buffalo, 4 ranch, 2 sweet and sour sauce , and 2 bbq sauce.. They told us the frappe machine was down, that’s fine. I am well aware the sauces is nitpicking but I have a hard time swallowing food (due to a medical condition) without some kind of moisture; which comes from condiments. There was a nice lady in the lobby that was apparently another employee off the clock. She was super nice and told the other employees to give us a large fry to compensate. As such, I added an extra star for that experience and the fact that the food is good regardless of the incessant failure to get an order right.

My partner was just trying to get lunch on his lunch break. He went inside to place the order and they were not super busy when he arrived. He ordered a double cheeseburger, Mc chicken, and fries with a drink. After a hour he just got a refund because they never made his food. Other people made there orders and received there food. He never got to eat lunch and just had to go back to work. That’s just unacceptable and while my partner may be sweet and not wanna make a big deal I will happily leave a review for him because that is ridiculous. A hour a whole hour gone a waste. Never returning and definitely not letting my family order here ever again. It’d be better to just go to Wendy’s.
