I was just at the Racine, WI location and I ordered two of the exact same drinks, both with the same added flavors. However, one was made correctly, and the second did not have any of the added flavors. You can tell in the photo that the drink on the left is more pink than the one on the right. That is the one with the flavoring. I even noticed the different coloring when she handed me my drinks. I asked about it and she said it was correct, only the cream didn’t mix in yet. She was absolutely wrong. I tried calling customer service and they only have a voicemail. We’ll see if they return my call.

I truly love our 7brew in Mt. PLEASANT! My favorite girl, I wish I knew her name. She treats everyone like a best friend. Blond, outgoing, sweetheart, calls everyone Hon. But all the crew has been so nice to me. I love seeing happy employees. Logan is my favorite server. He is now my pretend new grandson.

Drinks are great, most of the time made right. But I suggest you are better off with a small than a bigger size drink filled with ice. (More ice in the cup that I can easily scoop out)

i ordered a drink with extra ice. i didn’t expect my cup to be filled with nothing but ice and not being able to put my straw through and it break… we went back around and payed for another one with no ice. while waiting we can clearly hear the staff talking bad about us the customers and complaining about the ice situation. i felt very disrespected because they did it within feet away. i will be making the drive elsewhere from now on.

I always ask for LIGHT ice and they can never seem to follow direction. I come here daily sometimes twice a day. I spend a lot of money here for them to not be able to take simple direction. I’d like to be able to enjoy what I’m paying money for instead of taking 5 sips and it’s empty because of all the ice that I ask them NOT to give me.

They’ve made my drinks incorrectly a few times (made them cold when hot was confirmed, sizing issues, etc), but I really love their coffee and the staff is great. They seem to have a very clear safety issue, though. They have two lanes, and staff constantly has to walk in front of the inner lane to get drinks to the outer lane. I’ve seen staff nearly get hit more than once doing this. People are used to receiving their items and just pulling away. They should care about their employees more and install a safety gate, or take further such safety measures. I also see them out in the cold and rain taking orders. I never go in bad weather, just because I feel badly for them. It seems cruel to make them stand out there so unnecessarily, just install a speaker like everyone else, at least for use in poor weather? Love the coffee, love that they’ve turned their outdoor music down, but am concerned about staff safety.

I come here almost every day and they never fail on making my drink perfectly how i want it along with all the girls being so friendly and nice. My family and I have yet to have a bad experience at this location
