It’s a taco bell so ymmv but I wanted to shout out the people working Christmas Eve an hour later than the other local franchises that night. Went through the drive through on the way out of town. The employee that took my order and then saw us at the window was friendly and patient despite me ordering in a convoluted way (brain fried after work) and our food was hot and fresh! I could have cried I was so grateful lol. Tysm and happy new year!!

I made an order online and walked to pick it up 5min walk max and the food was kinda warm but not hot. I asked the worker if the sauce was in the bag, he said yes. Surprise surprise there was no sauce.
The interior of the building was nice though. Just wish the food was hot and my sauce came with my food.

did online lunch order not even a large one and litersllt waited at the window for close to 15 mins before I was finally on my way. Dont know the issue is at this store but recently this has been my wxperiwnce even if its a small online order and I pick it up at the drive thru. Lets focus and get moving people please .

Standalone Taco Bell just off thr highway, with drive thru, free parking but not accessible push button door. Plenty sitting space and nice staff. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. I recomend Cantina Bowl and Crunch Wrap plus Nacho Fries beside other regular items you may usually order!

Ordered food it looked horrible the burrito was a mess stuff coming out the sides ordered double meat didn’t look like it had double meat and it cost $7.50 got our money back went and got pizza theat only cost $10 more then the first order second order I put in and then it told me to go to counter to pay I stood there about 5 minutes noone helped me so glad we where traveling threw town aver all impression don’t recameded this taco bell there where probably at least 5 people working and not busy so good luck next time you go here hopefully your experience is better than ours

Got the new Steak Jalapeño fries and they gave me about 4-5 tiny small pieces of meat and half empty container, last time I ordered I got about double the portion. The photo I posted is how it looks exactly after I opened the box.

My Taco Bell experience was an absolute mess, and it was all thanks to the guy at the counter. The service was so bad it was almost impressive.
It started with a five-minute wait at the register while he chatted with a coworker. When he finally looked over, he didn’t say “hello” or “can I help you?”—just a blank stare. I gave my order, but he seemed more interested in the fly buzzing around than my request. I had to repeat myself three times, and even then, he still got it wrong.
The issues didn’t stop there. When I asked for a cup for my drink, he just pointed at the soda fountain without saying a word. I had to hunt for the cups myself. Then, when my food was finally ready, he slid the tray across the counter so hard that a taco fell off and landed on the floor. His only reaction was a shrug before he walked away.
The whole visit felt like I was inconveniencing him by simply being a customer. I’ve had bad service before, but this was on another level. It makes you wonder how some people end up in customer-facing jobs.

I ordered one drink, pineapple lime rockstar on the kiosk, paid for it and literally waited 12minutes then finally go to the he counter and ask about my drink. 12minutes for 1drink, that’s just nuts to me.
