On October 6, I went to this place with some friends. I ordered Hookah from the girl there, who typed in a phone number for Zelle payment on my bank application, I sent the 35$ for this service.. she “waited” confirmation funds were received then said “mami el pago no paso” soo I said ok, how else can I pay you if not Zelle she said “cashapp” , proceeded to find her cashapp and send herself 35$ , then she said ok this payment came through thank you. Next morning I check my bank & realized that Zelle payment did indeed go through, as well as the cashapp & I only received one hookah service. I requested the 35$ back from “Jose Martinez” the person who’s information she typed into my phone initially, well Jose read my text message requesting the funds back with the explanation for funds request & decided not to send my funds back, I requested the funds back from the cashapp and also did not receive it back. It’s really disgusting an establishment that’s been running for years employs individuals like these. We go here regularly and always spend a decent amount, no need to steal 35$ from a group that spends money at your establishment. Losing business over 35$ is unprofessional to say the least.

I don’t know if anyone else has the same issue. I been is this place 5 times and everytime me or my friends order something we ALWAYS get charged DOUBLE for what we asked for. Most of the time they don’t come back with receipts, they just come back with your drink and card so you won’t see how much you got charge. PLEASE becareful with this place.

The place it’s nicely decorated, the tables are within good distance from each other. All the staff wears a mask. The manager is very welcoming and the waitresses had great customer service asking how everything was multiple times of the night. The DJ had the best combinations keeping a good and happy ambiance. Great place to be …. must have reservation!!! Plan accordingly.

Communication isn’t clear. Made a reservation with someone but they didn’t have my name… Waited for a while. Music was good. There is a charge of $10 per person at night (even before 11pm) which wasn’t mentioned at all… So yeah the bottle service and hookah are already expensive so not sure why the charge? Everyone pays it supposedly. If you have a table, you need to get bottle service. Staff was fine but seemed unorganized.

I went there on a night they had a sale where you buy a bottle and get one half off. I bought the two bottles and was charged for 3 bottles at full price. I confronted the waiter and the person at the bar when I saw my bill and they said sorry and said they were going to refund me for the money. I still to this day haven’t gotten my refund and everytime I call they put me on hold and then hang up. It’s been 8 months since I’ve been trying to get a refund and I’ve been calling everytime. The owner is never there and I got horrible service there. I bought a hookah and the woman who brought out the hookah was smoking the hookah before we even got to smoke, she kept coming back to smoke and asking if we wanted more bottle and when we said no she kept trying to get us to finish. Very rude bartenders and waitresses. I will never go there again

Our waiter along with his manager were very rude. We were a party of 5 and they got our order all wrong and did not care to fix it. My family, friends and I will never return here.
