Maybe it was a bad day, understaffed? In the 30+ minutes we spent there between 12-1pm every counter order had a problem. Including ours. Forgotten items, no acknowledgment of next in line, inconsistent food tempts. We enjoyed the Wednesday meal, nuggets and fries were good but there was a mushy nugget in the middle of the container. Husband said his fries were cold but liked his burger. One “bloody” frosty had to much syrup the other had it all on the bottom. So many inconsistencies. Drive through looked busy, counter had steady business with never more than 3 groups of people waiting. Check your order before leaving counter or drive through. Hope they gave a better day.

Just spent $20 on a burger & Chicken tenders ant it was quite possibly the worst meal I’ve had at a fast food restaurant to date. Chicken was overcooked and dried out like it was sitting around for a while. Burger was not fresh like you expect from a Wendy’s. Feet were sticking to the floor walking through the place and the person taking our order couldn’t hear us because he had headphones on (hint… Remove them while taking an order so you can hear).

I ordered at the drive through during my lunch, there were only two cars ahead of me and the place was not very busy. I ordered a double baconator, baconator fries, and a small 4 pc nugget. Sit down to eat and the baconator is no where to be found, called was hung up on twice before even getting to speak, the third time I called i got a guy coming into work who was very short saying when I have the time to come back in then I can have it remade, I do not have the time to be running back across town the opposite direction to get it before the end of my lunch or after work either as I have other things that need to get done. I would not recommend driving away without confirming that you have all of your food from this location unless you have time to burn. Order number was 3029 done on 1/7/26 at 12:08pm host on the receipt was Devron incase if the manager from this location sees this review. I work in the food industry when I was younger and if I was ever short like that with a customer I would of been fired on the spot!

I ordered online and they said it was not on their list and charged my account $15 and then I had to reorder everything that I was charged for and was charges $17 on my card. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a cobb salad with pomegranate vingarette dressing. They gave me my order with a baconater sandwich inside with a ginger ale cherry with ice when I said no ice. Corporate needs to come into this establishment and give the staff pink slipa and say there is the door. This has happened to not only me but other customers at this same location.

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for years and every time it goes more and more down hill. They are always out of something, anytime I’ve gone through the drive through there’s no line and an extremely long wait for a ‘fast food’ place, and they forget half of our order.

Tonight: they were out of bacon and cheese… which is on more than half of the items on their menu. They also forgot half of the items we ordered. You know there’s a problem when Saginaw locations are more professional and prepared… very disappointing

Do not come here, no one is ever at the drive through and when they are its like they aren’t even paying attention. Food takes absolutely forever to come out and is mediocre at best when it eventually does come.

Got cold fires that had been sitting out for a long time definitely not fresh. Their always slow, their orders are wrong if their that understaffed management needs to rethink some things. Because how their running it now is not working for them.

Got a sour cream and chi with potatoe and small chili at drive thru. Took back to work for lunch, no sour cream, butter, or fork for my potatoe. Only 1 pack of crackers for chili and the meat it chili was practically whole burger patties not chopped up.
