I had great expectations for my egg nog latte after waiting more than 30 minutes. I first experienced the egg nog latte from the Starbucks in Roseville on 12mile and Gratiot. That latte was excellent, however my latte at this location lacked taste. It tasted like sweet milk with a hint of egg nog. My first latte was like Christmas in a cup!!! What a huge let down after spending $15 on two drinks.

I ordered two large honey citrus mint teas get them home and they taste like water. I stay a nice little ways from there so I didn’t feel like turning around and returning it but next time less water cause it cost too much to not give the people what they want.

Starbucks is always great. This particular one does know your name. The strong bold of the coffee is delicious. The Mango Dragon fruit lemonade is always a cool flavorful to go drink after coffee. A Summer best. Staff is nice, pleasant and friendly. The Remodel decor is Eye catching.

I ordered an Ice Matcha Latte with vanilla cold foam, 4 pumps of vanilla syrup and almond milk. I only received 1 pump of vanilla and have a lot of chunks of Matcha in my drink. I never received an Iced Matcha latte this green with all the ingredients that I told the employee to add it. The young lady who made my drink look like she never made the drink before, and she didn’t know what she was doing. The young man in the front was very sassy towards me when I asked for more syrup in my cup, He said he can’t pour in my cup if I drunk out of it but he never asked if I did. I’ve ordered an Ice Matcha latte from multiple Starbucks locations and I never had this experience before. If you want good service from Starbucks, go to anyone except for this location.

2 employees were standing at the drink machines behind the counter talking when I walked in. No one spoke or said anything. I stood there 5 minutes waiting to order and finally asked if anyone was going to help me. The one young lady said they had an accident behind the counter, which they did WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. I told her that no one acknowledged me as I stood there so how would I know and the other worker (young man) came over and took my order. This was very unprofessional and rude. Maybe some Customer Service classes are needed. I’m sure you don’t care, but I will not be returning.

Fantastic new location, and the same excellent crew from Mack&Allard store are here too. The store is in a beautiful new building that has a very spacious patio in front. The parking is much better than the old store. In the last week, I was here early so I don’t know how the parking is when crowded. I look forward to enjoying the new cathedral of coffee ☕️

My brother ordered me a caramel frappe on door dash. Went to peel the sticker off and there was a hair on the inside of the sticker. Called up to complain and got met with “contact door dash”. I asked to be put in the books for a replacement and they wouldn’t do it. In my 7 years of being in food service and customer service I had never had this type of experience on the other end. In my experience I would always replace the order that was messed up. This is a pure health code violation on the Starbucks workers end. Very incompetent.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend coming here on the weekend or in the morning. Or at any peak time. Or maybe even at all.
I have never had such a long wait for a drink at Starbucks before. They’re usually pretty quick with service, especially when a mobile order is placed prior to arriving. Not only was the wait incredibly long, but they also messed up our drinks so we had to have them re-made again and wait even longer!
I get that we came on a weekend and in the morning but I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks before. They had so many people waiting for drinks it was hard to tell who was waiting and who was trying to order.
The only good thing I can say is that they had a good amount of seating inside for customers. But that’s really where the good ends. Thank goodness I was only in town visiting and probably will not be back. I would avoid this Starbucks location if I ever was back in the area!

The new Starbucks on Mack is open and my Ry and I had to check it out this morning on errands around town. The store is clean and well designed for customer service and ease of access and exit. Great for run in, grab, and go. Sitting areas are along the perimeter with a decorative Christmas tree in the front. Employees were on there game and orders were getting processed in an efficient and prompt manner. My chi tea was hot and extra creamy and the coffee is HOT. Thank you and welcome much appreciated Starbucks!
