I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The delivery was supposed to arrive within 20 to 30 minutes, but it took almost an hour.
When the food finally arrived, everything was completely cold. The burgers were cold, the fries were cold, and even the chicken was cold. On top of that, the burgers were not the ones we ordered. I even received a lemon pepper burger that I never asked for.
I honestly do not understand how this happened. This experience made me feel very upset and disappointed. The service and food quality were unacceptable.

The food was really good but the employees working there seemed annoyed we were there. They barely said anything to us except for taking our order, and they didn’t even speak to each other. Very depressing atmosphere. Everyone just seemed sad. There were no other customers, and the condiment area was a mess, and a few tables were dirty, but the entrance was freshly mopped. I’m happy we got our order to go.

My son and I stopped at WingStop today on Cherry Rd. We tried the garlic parm and hot honey wings with Voodoo fries. Service was great despite being busy, food was hot and fresh, Daryl took great care of us. New favorite spot for wings! Will definitely be back and so happy to find this place ahead of football season!

We ordered Doordash, and the wings were very good. The bbq wings and garlic parmesan were well cooked and not greasy. Fries were okay, too. Packaging was good. I liked everything, was sealed and neatly packed. Based on one Doordash delivery 5/27 at 7pm.

I’m so sick of this place. I love eating wing stop, it’s one of my fav late night foods but this location is absolutely atrocious. Every time I order here I end up waiting over an hour for my food. I have even tried to combat this by ordering an hour and a half in advance and my food was STILL NOT READY. This is just absurd. The people working here are always annoyed to have business and their customer service quite frankly sucks. DoorDash even cancelled my last order because no one wanted to pick up from this place because the wait time is impossible. They’ve gotta be losing customers left and right over this issue as I know this is a common problem. Wing stop you need to hire some older managers to whip this place into shape. I hate to blame this problem on GENZ as I am a part of this lazy generation too but you seriously need to stop letting ungrateful bratty teenagers run your store. Get it together wing stop.

Slow workers. Took 28 minutes for a delivery order. Other customers complain about wait time while I waited. Kitchen is a disaster. Food all over the floor. Drink station area was not stock up. Just very messy. For this to be a fairly new location it needs better structure within the crew.
