I totally understand the price jump from the plates, but now the size is even smaller and amount isn’t the same (ugh)… and when I received my delivery I gave him a tip and was charged a total different amount than what I gave (that’s theft). So not only is the food not as good but it’s smaller amounts and more money??? and I get to be charged an extra amount all together??? Fortunately, I disputed the charge on my card so my bank will handle it but come on Fitchburg Jade please do better!

Absolutely outstanding. I’ve eaten at countless Chinese restaurants over the years, and most of them taste more or less the same, average at best. But tonight, Fitchburg Jade completely changed my standards.
The beef fried rice was easily the most flavorful and generous I’ve ever had. Big, tender pieces of beef, perfectly cooked, and a dish that was actually savory instead of bland like most places.
Then came the crab rangoon, which honestly stole the show. Perfectly crispy on the outside, and the filling… incredibly creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. It didn’t just taste good, it was memorable.
The beef teriyaki was another surprise: unbelievably tender, perfectly seared, and full of deep, satisfying flavor. It literally melted in my mouth.
I don’t usually feel compelled to leave reviews, but this meal deserved it. After this experience, I don’t even feel the need to try other places that’s how good it was.
5 stars aren’t enough. Truly exceptional. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and really enjoy the food. We order from the Jade at least once a week. Something has changed recently.
The delivery staff has been very unprofessional on my last two orders. The delivery person acts as though I am inconveniencing them and seems to have a very negative attitude towards the customer.
Sure do miss the original delivery people that served us for years. They were always happy to serve us. Definitely going to have to try other area restaurants rather than catching an attitude from the new staff. Sad but true.

The food tasted very old and looked like it had been re-deepfried. The egg rolls were very dark and had oil pouring out of them, the chicken wings were very dark and dry, and the crispy orange beef was hard and dry inside. VERY disappointed.

This is my first time ordering from them. I placed an order at 4:30 and was told it was a 1 hour and half to 2 hours. Here it is 7 o’clock and nothing. Been trying to call for an half hour and no one answers the phone. Won’t be trying them again

The food is terrible, and the young man serving me is very reluctant. I ordered one type of food and they gave me another. Honestly, it was an unpleasant experience. It was recommended to me, but the food isn’t good.

The outside as well as the inside are not much but really one is not eating based on looks. The help was very helpful and the restaurant was clean. Service was quicker than expected. The Fried Rice was good and the Beef and Broccoli great and plenty of both.
