Love the iced coffee. However, the hubs usually gets a hot coffee, and his almost always tastes scorched. I suspect the coffee machine temp is set a bit too high. Otherwise, coffee is great.

I like south paris Dunkin typically. They’re very speedy even thought they’re busy. Today I was picking up a to go order, and when I got to work there were only three hashbrowns in the bag. So sad! They were also rock hard. The woman who cashed me out for the donuts I ordered at the speaker box didn’t even greet me with “good morning” or a hello, just handed out the to go order and then announced the total for the munchkins. Pretty disappointing! I typically go to Aroma Joes instead but figured I’d get Dunkin today… my mistake 🙁

I stopped into this dunkin after traveling from Massachusetts and I watched this lady make my drink and she dropped the lid to my drink on the floor and still used it. I had to ask one of the cashiers what her name was and they said erin.

I went to south Paris Dunkin and I wanted a Cold Brew but the lady at the intercom said they had no more Cold Brew but she could give me the cup and I can take it to Norway and see if they had some. But I said No Way. So I ordered an iced coffee instead and and she was like, “with an espresso”? And I was so happy. I want to thank all the ladies that were working today. You were very polite and you solved a problem within seconds. And that’s what I call great service!!! Keep up the work girls!!

Every time I go to this specific Dunkin (Southpairs Maine) they manage to mess something up.
The most recent time I went was today and there was two young girls just visibly sitting on there phones, the older lady proceeds to place our order we got our coffee (tasted sooo bitter ) as a good 5-10mins pass by they finally acknowledge we are still waiting on our food.
The older women the one who took our order comments “Im going outside to do trash so you cook their food” (meanwhile the younger girls are still on their PHONESSS!!) one of the younger girl continues to say “I dont want to make the food either” insisting her co-worker makes them.
Her co-worker dose eventually make them after saying the same thing “I dont want toooo!!”
All I can say is terrible service!! Such poor attitudes and PUT YOUR PHONES AWAY YOUR AT WORK?!?! whats wrong with people now and days? If you dont want to work then DONT!!!

The lady at the drive-thru was horrible! They didn’t have coffee rolls, so we asked what else they had instead. With a blank face, she just said donuts. Another lady in the back yelled out a list of other options. So once we picked and got our donuts, we said thank you, and, without a “you’re welcome,” she just shut the window on us. Terrible experience there.

It’s crazy that this place is still functioning. Never one to complain but, old dude that works the morning shift with the goatee/grey black patchy beard that was working the sandwich station has been super rude to my younger brother, my wife, and myself on various occasions. Foods usually warm if best and coffees usually burnt/acidic.
