I ordered food, after 30 minutes of no delivery and the app stating it has not even been sent out for delivery. I called into the store, and the guy who answered the phone with “hello” as if I called a random number. I asked about my order and if the app was tracking incorrect. The response I got was “yeah it’s one of the drivers somewhere.” When I said okay thanks the guy just hung up.
Very true and very unprofessional. The motto of being fast and it taking over 30 minutes to receive food is crazy.

Deliveries are inexcusably slow for a business that claims “freaky fast” delivery. Do not order here if you’d like your food within an hour. They need to fire everyone and start over. It used to be decent but apparently under new management or something.

It was 30 minutes before close, and they still treated me well, and my food was amazing! Sometimes people are rude that close to closing. I felt bad because I work in the industry and I get it. However, I had just gotten off work and was starving. So I tipped a couple of bucks. Thanks for the great attitude.

Our office orders from this location often but we’ve stopped because deliveries consistently take 45-60 minutes to get here. The order I placed today still hasn’t been delivered and I placed it an hour ago. Very frustrating when folks have a limited amount of time they can take breaks in the afternoon.

This location has really gone downhill over the past couple years. It used to be the gold standard. Always quick and efficient service with a solid sandwich. Our second experience in the past month has been poor. Even with using the app to ensure correct toppings, they managed to mess up 3 out of 4 sandwiches, badly. I’m only giving two stars because the cookies were delicious which of course if the one item that required no additional service to be accurate. Bummer.
