We ordered Burger King tonight, hoping for an easy dinner and looked we forward to a whopper and a chicken sandwich. Instead we were giving the whole wrong order, feels like they threw,, whatever was sitting out, in our bag. Plus, it was ice cold. Definitely do not recommend eating at this location, Very disappointed. Couldn’t even eat what we did get. I put a phototo it show proof of above statement.

This location will keep you sitting at the box for 20 min without taking an order. If you go around and look inside they are just standing around twirling their thumbs waiting for you to leave. I believe the guys name is Trevor who was able to answer the phone and tell me they were busy with 2, 100 dollar orders. I was able to drive to Altoona BK order food and drove back to pleasant hill and the cars that were behind me in line were still sitting at the box and nobody had moved.

I had a fantastic experience at the Pleasant Hill Burger King. The staff was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and made the visit enjoyable from the start. We ordered the Eggnormous Burrito, a croissant sandwich, and hash browns, everything was cooked to perfection. The coffee was top notch as well, fresh and flavorful. Overall, a great breakfast and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went through the drive through. I was the only vehicle in the drive through and no customers were inside. Pulled up to the first window to pay. Pulled up to the second window and was immediately told to pull ahead to the stop sign. I asked if I really had to. To which he responded “yeah you kinda need to”. Very sarcastic tone. Ordered onion rings and wraps. Brings were borderline not cooked all the way.

Doesn’t matter how many times I’ve been here this is the slowest Burger King in the state of Iowa. There could be nobody in line 8 people working and they’re still slow. They always tell you to pull forward I order One cheeseburger and a small pot I waited 10 minutes for it. I do not recommend this location to nobody. They need to get their stuff together.

Got old fries that were reheated in the oil… and dehydrated chicken nuggets that are rock hard…..
Didn’t know the food was bad till after my toddlers refused the nuggets….
Disgusting. Will not trust them for food again.
It truly disturbs me that my child gnawed on this nugget for 7 min on the way home…..

Sara, assistant manager double charged me. Didn’t notify me, just came up with a receipt saying she refunded it after the fact. It’s clear she doesn’t care about her job or the customers.
Had to go back and get a refund. Fries were hard.

Order a classic melt never had a sandwich that tastes so bad. Was not grilled they took two pieces of meat, cheese and some nasty tasting sauce in between to pieces of white bread all for $13.99 will not be back, will spend my money somewhere else.
