Shame. I really wanted to enjoy it but was too far away to even go back.
Fast service, friendly staff, good seating options, clean single user non-genderd bathrooms that are left unlocked for customers to use without having to ask.
AND the first Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time to make me a proper shaken espresso, rather than just an unstirred iced latte.
Thank you!
When I pulled up to the window, I was handed my sandwich and then my latte — but it was missing the toppings. I politely mentioned that it was supposed to have cold foam and crunch topping, and reminded them that the only change I made was the milk choice. Instead of fixing it with a smile, the barista actually argued with me, insisting the drink doesn’t come with anything on it. After I pushed back, someone finally added the correct toppings — but then I was rudely told, “Next time it won’t have cold foam.”
I left feeling frustrated and confused. If Starbucks is advertising a drink a certain way on their menu, app, and boards, customers shouldn’t have to argue to get what they ordered. I don’t mind a mistake — those happen — but the attitude and dismissiveness from the staff was really disappointing.
Other than that the drink was great, and I would definitely order it again as long as it comes the way its advertised 🙂
But I just came 4 on a Sunday and the service was just sad. I order the same drink everytime I go to Starbucks and never have an issue. Venti brown sugar shaken espresso w/almond milk and light ice. Went through the drive thru and the drink was very light. It’s normally dark so I questioned it. The girl at the window said she had a feeling and it’s because it said light ice. I told her I understand, but it’s too much almond milk. She said they would remake it but asked if I wanted a little more ice. I said yeah that’s fine and again that I understand, I said whenever I order with light ice they put less ice than normal but don’t fill with more almond milk but some more ice then was originally used is fine. She comes back hands me the drink, I said thank you. she turned away and said nothing. I put it down and began to drive and then realized i couldn’t even put the straw in there was so much ice… I picked it up and saw it was literally PACKED with ice. I turned around in the parking lot, parked to go in, and honestly be like come on, I wasn’t rude, this is ignorant…they were dead one person sitting at a table. 2 cars in the drive thru and the workers completely ignored me. One would make eye contact and then walk by, look at me then look at the drink… No one would acknowledge I was standing there, I was completely ignored. $6.69 for a cup of ice and to be ignored. Way to go Starbucks
And I poured out the liquid when I got home. Super watery, maybe a hint of brown sugar. And there’s no way there’s 4 espresso shots. And maybe a splash of almond milk..
